Natalie Shine was a thorough and reliable point of contact who clarified every point of the process for me, and empowered me to make the best decisions for myself. The rest of the team including Natalie's colleagues and the reception staff were all helpful and efficient as well. I would heartily recommend Paul Robinson and would use them again.

I recently sold my house and the solicitor I engaged let me down in the first week! He did not return my calls or emails and I have never heard from him since! I asked my selling agent, Sally from Stuart Thomas, for a recommendation which is how I came across Tracey Hughes at Paul Robinson Solicitors. Tracey is simply superb, should you need someone to get the job done with absolutely no time wasting or long periods of uncertainty then Tracey is your go to! Right from the start of our dealings I noticed my emails were responded to, at most within a few hours, and quite often within minutes. I accordingly responded to Tracey's questions/enquiries in quick time so as at all times the process was as far advanced as possible. At all times I was absolutely 100% confident that the sale would not fall through or drag on due to yet another waste of space solicitor, many of which I have come across during my 45 years of buying and selling property. I was happy that I should simply wait to hear from Tracey as and when it was necessary, and I always did, without fail. We all know how stressful this house selling/buying process is, to add in to the mix a solicitor that does not respond, gets it wrong, lies and over charges is something none of us need. Be assured that you will not be treated like this with Tracey on your team, she will get the job done in a no fuss, efficient, friendly and professional manner. In addition, on the odd occasion I had a question Tracey would respond in her usual lightening fast way with a clear and concise explanation that made complete sense. I found them to be professional, competent and very quick to act and reply to messages.

We’ve have just completed on the sale of our home and onward purchase of our new home using Paul Robinson, and we cannot fault them. Our solicitor, Emma was without fail the most competent and responsive solicitor one could wish to deal with. She responded to emails promptly and was proactive in chasing the other solicitors in the chain. While the overall process took almost a year due to two broken chains, the recent sale of our property went from offer to completion in just 6 weeks, and Emma was instrumental in ensure the legal side of the process moved incredibly swiftly, dealing with some complex last minute issues in a timely manner. We cannot rate Paul Robinson highly enough.

I've been using Paul Robinson Solicitors for a family law case for some years. But the inconsistency in transparency and safeguarding my elderly parents is unsatisfactory. They lack the understanding of cultural differences makes it even worse.

This includes interacting with customers who cannot speak English or have no proficiency in English law or comprehension. Due to their mishandling of my parents divorce case and tenant eviction they totally made a mess of a bad situation.

Paul Robinson Solicitors were informed that one property was in disrepair and they spent several weeks trying to advise us. Due to conflict of interest with mother and father getting back together they had further messed up divorce proceedings about trying to safeguard my mother and the outcome of the divorce and transfer of properties.

The litigation team also caused a further problem with my parents, to a point where I am no longer in contact with my family and my family have removed me from any inheritance. The firm has no comprehension about language barriers and and making sure the the customer has comprehension of law and the implications of poor advice. The firm was also instructed to investigate equity release fraud to the total sum of £82,000.00 by the family.

The firm had been advised a member of the family had forged signatures and documents to extort money from Halifax Mortgages. The firm took too long in getting this investigated. They also spent several months trying to correct titles deeds for my mother.

Due to the poor advise and systematic poor admistration the above has both caused loses to my mother and I have also lost a family and inheritance which I was promised by my mother when divorce proceedings began.

Acted for us on a commercial property purchase. First time we'd used Paul Robinson solicitors, this was also from a recommendation. Courtney Parry-Lansdowne was our associate solicitor. All I can say is, everything went smoothly, communication from Courtney was excellent and the whole process was completed quickly. I would use the practice again without question.
