Top goto agent in the area (Cheshunt Branch) Have used before so knew exactly where to go when come to sell again. Very honest hardworking agents who don’t just rely on Rightmove etc. In the past they have sold property for me before it even hit the websites so they were my first choice. Again they didn’t let me down, from valuation, listing and all the way thru to completion they were on the ball and pro active. Peter was my first point of contact and his knowledge of the current market was vital in getting the marketing right. Once we got an offer Joe was always available for progression updates and any bump in the road was immediately addressed and ironed out. 100% recommend.

Our whole experience has been easy and straightforward.All staff friendly and professional and would happily use them in the future.

It was a wonderful experience working with Peter Gold and Jon Catt at the Paul Wallace Real Estate office in the Brookfield Centre. They were prompt, very responsive, very professional and a pleasure to work with. It was a traumatic experience having to sell my mum’s home after she passed away but my concerns were relieved by Peter and Jon. It was a very good experience a I can highly recommend their services for your real estate needs.

Used Paul Wallace to sell my mother's home, throughout the process Paul Wallace was always supportive and on the ball regarding solicitors, landlords etc. Whilst all the advice and support was excellent i would particularly thank Peter (Partner) for his tactical advice and Joe for all his work chasing all the parties., but everyone at the Cheshunt branch were friendly and supportive,

I have used several Estate Agents over the years and have to say Paul Wallace was definately the best.
From start to finish they offer an excellent service. There was always someone in the office that was more than happy to answer any queries you may have.
To be honest this Estate Agents is more like a family run business offering the personal touch!

From start to finish the guys at Paul Wallace were outstanding with customer service and reliability. They advertised our property, facilitated viewings and once a sale was confirmed Joe (who deals with the after sales) worked tirelessly to support the completion of our property and ensured we were well informed almost on a daily basis.

One always fears the worst when going to see an Estate Agents. I needn't have. I was dealt with throughout with courtesy, promptness and professionalism. The valuation placed on the property was realistic and we were quickly warned off potential buyers who had under-valued it. When a potential sticking point arose in the negotiations with the buyer, towards completion, Peter Gold stepped in, negotiated an equitable solution, and found a person who could carry out the (reduced) work needed, and quickly.

Fabulous estate agents. The team have helped us every step of the way throughout buying and selling our home. True professionals. A huge thanks to Joe in particular for his good humour, patience and advice. He was a breath of fresh air with his efficiency and caring attitude throughout the process. We felt he really cared and offered us the advice we needed throughout it all. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys.

A massive thanks to Peter and his tireless team (a big thank you to Joe!). From the beginning of the selling process right through to the end, every member of the sales team gave us the belief and confidence that our property would be sold even when we started to think otherwise!! They provided us with the support and personal touch which made the whole process far less stressful than some of the “horror” stories I had heard about involved with selling.

years I have used Paul Wallace to not only purchase properties but also to sell and lett a property. Kerry dealt with the letting of my flat for four years and was always helpful and friendly through some of the more challenging episodes! When I decided to sell she began the proceedings before passing across to Joe. They have both been very supportive throughout the sale keeping my regularly updated and sorting many issues that arose along the way to a successful sale. Thank you so much for all of your efforts which were/are very much appreciated. Would I recommend their services? Without hesitation.

I cant thank the boys at Paul Wallace enough especially nick and Joe who worked so hard to ensure the move happened. Kerry and her team did an exceptional job renting out our property over 4 years. Being based outside the UK, we relied heavily on their professional services and always knew our home was in good hands. Their criteria for selecting great tenants is excellent and so is their communication between parties. We would highly recommend their services to anyone needing help with rentals.

Best estate agents that we have dealt with by far! We have dealt with some shocking estate agents in the past but from start to finish Paul Wallace have been outstanding. They were always happy to help and guided us through each step of the way. All the staff were professional, attentive and proactive. Especially Joe, who would always go to great lengths to ensure everything went smoothly with both our sale and purchase (both through Paul Wallace). From start to finish Paul Wallace have been excellent. Peter originally came to value our house and was spot on with his valuation We found him personable and friendly and not the "typical estate agent" they are far better than that.
We then had Nick and Jon who did all of our viewings and they were brilliant, so friendly and honest with us. They were very friendly and handled that part really well.
When we finally sold our house we were then handed over to Joe who was fantastic all the way through to exchange. He kept us sane throughout the most stressful time and was always on the other end of the phone if we needed him - he was just brilliant in every way and we cant thank him enough.
Honestly we don't have a bad word to say about any of the guys at Paul Wallace Cheshunt branch and would recommend them to anyone. Just a shame not all estate agents are as good as Paul Wallace!!

Peter took on our project to sell our bungalow, everything was set up quickly and without fuss. We were kept updated by Jon who also supervised the showings on our behalf.
In almost no time at all, we had an offer and with some negotiating a sale was agreed. Exchanged contracts on a Monday and completed on the Wednesday.
