I have NOT received my purchase
ORDER PA3544. I hope this is not an SCAM

I've tried reaching Company but no reply .

I want to be reimbursed for item I ordered, paid and have not received .

The item advertised are denim pants. With rips and the pants I received are like dress pants. Most sites want you to review their products after purchasing, this site doesn't even offer it because they know their items are nothing like advertised. No one has return my email about this issue

This clothing from Pafeir appears to look like jeans and are called jeans but they’re not actually. The material is cheap and they don’t answer requests for return I brought 3 pair a big mistake. Don’t waist your money

I'm very impressed with this company. I ordered something by mistake and they went above and beyond to make it right, when they did not have to do so.

Mes y medio y nunca llego mi pedido esta en aduanas y nadie lo reclama y no explican porque esta retenido si supuestamente lo libero aduanas hace 10 días, eso si el servicio de atencion es muy amable y solicite el abono del dinero y lo abonaron, pero en su web pone 10 dias o 15 de envio, y no cumple, y que su ropa es de Londres y el pedido viene de China si que que es ropa China no compro nada y eso no me gusta es público engañosa, solo puedo destacar su servicio de atención al cliente que es excelente pero visto lo visto creo que no comprare nunca mas

I ordered a set consisting of a sweater and a cap. When my order arrived, one item was missing, and I was not informed beforehand. This came as a surprise upon delivery.

Because it was sold as a set, keeping only one item did not make sense, so I had to return the order. The refund process has also taken a long time (still haven’t got my refund to this date)

Overall, the lack of communication about the missing item and the slow refund made this a disappointing experience.

Customers should be informed immediately if an item in a set is unavailable before shipping. Clear communication and faster refund processing would significantly improve the overall customer experience.

I changed my order just after placing it by sending an email and received an email within 24 hours confirming they’d received and would send me the correct coat. It arrived very quickly and is perfect.

Ordered on the 16th of december and after 4 weeks of waiting I still haven't received the item. It says 5-10 working days when you check out… its bs for a not cheap item coming from CHINA

The Polaris-Tec Fleece Jumpsuit is superb quality. The fleece material is thick and very soft.its easy to get on and off and my Bedlington Terrier runs and jumps with my other dog so it doesn't interfere with his movements in any way at all. Everyone who sees the fleece comments on how lovely it is.

I wrote on Whatsapp to ask for assistance about sizes and I had an answer right away with the kindest person ever! Can’t wait to receive my order 😍
