Order of a therapeutic cat bed costing £45 arrived today. So disappointed when opened, quality is poor and certainly not worth the cost. Enjoy your last profit, won't be using you again.

My cooling mat with sides arrived today…
Very poor quality… obviously cheap Chinese crap!!!
Hardly any stuffing in the raised sides…
What stuffing there is, is really lumpy.
The blue cool mat middle bit in blue material is a cheap knock off of another cool mat.
Does not feel cool to the touch so I doubt it will keep my dog cool.
A waste of £25!!!
Avoid this company… just cheap, nasty imported crap!!!

I ordered a cat bowl on 16th April 2026.
This was shipped on 19th April 2026.
I understand that it takes, 7-9 working days to arrive but I have no updates since it has shipped and it has been 9 days since it has shipped with no updates.
I have sent an email with no updates
I just wish I had some more communication, rather than one update then radio silence.
I wish I had checked trustpilot beforehand, hopefully my review helps someone makes a more informed choice than me.

Item not been delivered, company not responding to numerous emails. Very poor service.

Absolutely dreadful service and product. Ordered a 'memory foam' dog mattress. I should have had alarm bells when the delivery notice said it would be standard delivery in 7-9 working days with Royal Mail or Evri - even they aren't that bad. I was right - the mattress had come from China (no effort to hide the label)and was only fit for the dustbin. It was awful basic foam with a poor quality cover and a broken zip. I tried to return as per the website but had no reply and have not been able to receive a refund.
Would give 0 star if possible. I have had many problems getting satisfactory response to my complaint, over the order of an absolutely awful quality donut dog bed which did not resemble in any way the full fluffy one advertised on their website which “claims” 5 star ratings endorsed by ITV. Strangely. The reviews do not match those seen here in Trust Pilot. The “bed” was much smaller than it looked on the website and despite the fact I asked this seller for advice about which size to get prior to ordering and even sent a picture of my dog, the “large” they advised me to buy was actually small, and my dog could not settle or sit in it let alone lay in it. It is filled in the middle with some lumpy filling which caused my dog anxiety trying to get comfortable.. so having the opposite effect to the anti anxiety claims on the website.
The seller was rude and blunt on my attempts to contact him (several) times to raise a complaint and he was more concerned about not having bad reviews posted, than providing consumer support and responding properly to my questions - he would not accept the fact it was a poor quality product. Many other reviews I have seen here reiterate this fact. I would never buy or endorse any product this person sells after my experience with them. This bed cost me nearly £40 and it’s the worst quality item I’ve ever purchased. It’s fit for bin. My dog is currently preferring to lay asleep on the floor than use it!
It also arrived in a dreadful cheap plastic shrink wrap small packet and I could not believe that this 14” or so flat packet I was holding was the result of my £40 investment… after unwrapping the shrink wrap it barely resembles a bed of any description, it’s more a mat!
I could have brought an identical donut bed not shrink wrapped and of far superior quality for a lot less money in the local B&M.
The images of these beds are 100% misleading on the website - the benefits of AI no doubt …
My guess is that they are manufactured in China, hence the long wait for delivery of nearly 2 weeks.
After much emailing and waiting for responses he then stated I should return at my own expense … and it should be unopened/not used in order to get a refund. At this point, after reading similar experiences here, I do not trust him to refund my money and do not want to lose another £12 in postage returning the item.. it will be binned.
Note: I find it highly suspicious that after receiving my first email raising a complaint- he eventually replied offering to refund me £12 as a kind of good will gesture I assume!!.. yet he was unwilling to offer the same amount by way of a return postage payment … this is a very dubious seller who should he further investigated by way of trading standards, as it is clear he does not recognise or respect consumer rights.

I ordered a dog coat back at the start of December 2025. Delivery and updates were prompt. No issues with packaging, was in sealed bag. Dog coat was fine as in the quality. That I rate 5 star.
My only issue is the communication. Unfortunately, I don’t use WhatsApp. I emailed their customer service to request a larger coat on the same day it arrived. I could tell after opening the mailbag packaging it would not fit. I did measure as per website. I had no response. Given that we were getting close to Christmas, I left it as I knew it would be a busy period. I did follow up with another email attaching the previous email I had sent. No response. I then sent another email 1st week of January, this time I had an automated email that it was not delivered ( maybe my email was blocked).
I then decided to return the coat with a note asking for someone to call me (included my number) so I could get an exchange and pay for the postage. I paid signed delivery. Come the end of January, I had not heard anything. I decided to check their reviews. I was disappointed to see that the company had been responding to negative reviews, so how were my emails being missed?
I contacted my bank, I sent screenshots of the order, the signed delivery slip, a photo of the received package with signature, my emails and their online activity responding to reviews. I won my chargeback. £19.99 on the 5th March.
Overall I’ve rated 3, mainly as the ordering and coat was no hassle at all. Customer service I rate as 1.
This is just my experience, I now buy from shops to save all the expense and chasing around online.
Ordered on the 1st of March.
They emailed me on the 3rd to say my order has been 'shipped'.
I contacted them on the 10th to chase it up. It had not been shipped yet. That wasn't planned until the 14th. No explanation for the earlier email!
Contacted again on the 16th. They finally shipped it that day.
Quality is fine but don't order from them if you want something within the next couple of weeks. Oh and shipped doesn't mean shipped!
Got the floating water bowl, & what a load of rubbish dose not do what it says still lots of water from dogs on floor, totally waist of money don't get one,
Return policy is rubbish says you have to pay for Return yourself so to send it back it would cost same as purchase price nearly, so they have you & you have to keep product so very poor customer service policy,
The quality of two coats I ordered was very good. However, there was a slow turnaround time and when the order arrived, one of the coats was missing. I did send an email but no response, so sent a message via messenger and they responded promptly and sent out the missing coat without delay. The sizes are bizarre ... for the same dog, one coat had to be in large and for another style it was 3XL so read the measuring guides carefully for each coat. I therefore made an error in the sizing but they did sort it out for me and I had to return the coat and do a new order rather than an exchange. I had to chase for the refund of the wrongly ordered coat but when I did they reimbursed promptly.
I think the company could do with a big improvement in communication and this would stop the majority of complaints. The products themselves are great, it's just the customer service that could benefit from improvement. I wish them well.
Really disappointed, was so excited for this bed after ordering it and was really upset to find it extremely poor quality, barely any stuffing in it so it’s just thin material on the ground no way I can let my dog lie on it. Extremely disappointed for the price paid expected a lot better.

Ordered a bed for my puppy, took a length of time to receive but, once I had, it was a completely different colour. Apparently the colour can ‘vary’ and it says it on the website but i ordered a black one and received a grey bed…I also note that they aren’t as thick as the picture shows, I’ve had to put a couple blankets to add some comfort. Raised my dissatisfaction about the colour via email, they said I could keep and they would refund £12 as a gesture, I responded to confirm I would accept the £12 but still waiting on a response… Will update my review if I receive a response and may consider escalating.
Response to comment: order no is 84014 and I was corresponding with a Phil Morby. If you could kindly provide the gesture as advised, I will remove review.

One star is far too generous. Please do not buy from this company. I purchased what was meant to be a luxury dog bed & honestly I've threw out better quality. 2wks I waited on this rubbish, then when I complain they offer you a £42 refund....which I'm still waiting on & oh that's right & for me to keep this scabby dog bed !!! Stay away from this website as its a con.

I ordered a dog coat in January and it duly arrived, the quality was good , however the coat was too small. I had made the mistake of looking at the sizing in inches as opposed to cms. There was an error on the size chart giving the inches sizing, this however has now been rectified on the site I am pleased to say, so fault, if there was any lay on both sides. I immediately emailed the company to explain, and following a number of emails and on returning the initial coat a larger one was sent and fits my dog like a glove. If you are in doubt as to what size to order I would use the chat facility and ask for the companies advice, this is always answered in a timely and helpful manner.
Total waste of money. I measured my dog exactly as instructed, but the jacket is too short and definitely not waterproof. Worst of all, the stitching on the harness came undone the first time my dog wore it. Customer service has also been disappointing and quite rude to be honest. I would strongly advise others not to buy from this company.
I find it astonishing that you say that you haven’t seen any of my emails.Would you like me to send proof? I can also send it to trust pilot if you think it’s a fake review.

A very bad company!
I ordered a dog coat which came in about a week, but it was too small. I used the 'contact us' facility on the web page and the response was - "order a bigger one, send the original back and we will credit you".
10 days after proof of return - still no credit.
Emailed them - still no reply to this day!
Had to get Barclaycard to refund my money.
What a load of crooks.
