Ordered cooling bed for dog on 29th June in readiness for the current heatwave… only dispatched to courier 09th July…. Should be delivered today to now be notified delivery delayed….. hopefully purchase will arrive before 2027 heatwaves…… won’t recommend or use again

Utter rubbish. Took 2 weeks or 9 working days to arrive and is just a thin piece of material that my dog is not interested in. We all put pressure on it and it doesn’t release any cooling effect. Save your money and get a classic cool mat that goes in the fridge.

Edit: just look at the response from the company. Says it all. No email received so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Chinese dropshipper, with US hosting. Products will take an age to arrive and are of poor quality. Little or no customer services.

KDo Not bother buying from this outlet. You will be very disappointed and angry you wasted your money.
Half your order will/may eventually turn up. You will realise you have paid alot of money for, basically, tat.
And when you try to find out where the rest of your order is, because you have been given no tracking info, no update emails, your enquiring email will not be answered or even acknowledged of receipt.
And so you sigh, resigned to the fact, yes, you've been taken for a mug by yet another rubbish company pretending to be something they are not.

The tat I refer to is the so called 'Cooling Mat' £17.99.
Which turns out to be an ultra thin polyester nylon piece of fabric. I can't call it a Mat, that would be overly generous. Which, being, polyester, ain't cooling!!!!!!

AND today 10th July, the other half ( the £37.99) item ordered 26th June has still not shown up, neither have I had a response to my message enquiry upon its whereabouts. Thankyou so much for wasting my money.

I would not give this company 1 star. Having been told they would dispatch within 48 hours, 2 weeks later and I am still waiting. I have since cancelled my order and waiting to see how quickly they look to refund. I will never order from them again

I ordered a cool mat,I put wrong address in then noticed immediately after ordering,I emailed them straight away and got a reply the next day,I now have the mat 6 days later so very happy,I cannot speak for everyone else but my experience with the company went just fine

- 1 x anti-slip dog/puppy pet stairs (£38.99)

On 25.06.2026 I emailed PawFect4Pets as I still hadn't received confirmation my order had been dispatched. They replied promptly on the same day (25.06.2026) to confirm delivery is 5 working days on all cooling products and it will be delivered on Tuesday 30.06.2026 and the order is already in transit. This was a surprise, as I wasn't aware delivery took so long, however, it does state on the website's "Delivery Policy", "Typical delivery timeframe is between 5-7 working days when ordering most of our pet beds, dog jackets, scratching posts and Kong products. However please do allow 7-10 working days for delivery on all of our products, however these may arrive sooner."

On 01.07.2026 I chased PawFect4Pets as nothing arrived on 30.06.2026. No response.

On 02.07.2026 I chased PawFect4Pets again. I received a response that day with a Yodel tracking number. The tracking number wasn't activated yet.

On 04.07.2026 part-order arrived (mat and dog bed). These items are cheap products from China, and not worth the money I have paid. The Yodel packaging details the sender as "One Express, Globexair, 3-4 Skyport Drive, Harmondsworth, West Drayton, Middlesex.

PawFect4Pets pride themselves on providing:
- Excellent Products
- Excellent Prices
- Excellent customer service

Unfortunately, in my experience, they've fallen short in all three areas.

As a customer, I don't like it when things are deliberately misleading (e.g. 5 working day lead time on cooling products. There's a 5 working day lead time as the items are being shipped from China, and you're lucky if they arrive in 5 days). I would rather it's clear that PawFect4Pets is a e-commerce business that uses dropshipping, and doesn't actually stock any inventory. A middle-man, which results in inflated prices and protracted delivery times for the customer.

I await the outstanding part of my order, but I expect it'll be a very basic product, made in China, and not worth the £38.99 paid for it.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience and won't use the company again. I regret not reading the other reviews here before placing my order.

Firstly, you can reply to my review/feedback but still haven't replied to my email asking where the puppy pet stairs are. Again, an example of poor customer service. Similar to your emails, there's a combative tone in your reply and false claims.

Amazon isn't a dropship business, however, third-party suppliers can use dropshipping to fulfill orders.

Speaking of Amazon, you can find your EXACT cooling mat on Amazon for £7.99. You are charging 87.61% MORE. I've checked Google, and clearly your prices are NOT the "most competitive on the market".

59% of the reviews on Trustpilot are 1 star. I am unable to see any Google reviews when I search your business, otherwise I am happy to detail my experience there too.

After trying to cancel my order less than 24 hours later after reading terrible reviews I received a very prompt email where I was advised this was too late as the item had already been shipped. This is totally untrue as the next day I received an email stating this had now been shipped. I requested a tracking number, and so far have received no item and no tracking number. No reply to my further emails. This is now over a week and I was hoping to receive this item for my dog ( a cool mat) to use in the heat. Very disappointed in this company and judging by the product reviews I am unlikely to be happy with the product if it does actually ever arrive! I wish I had read reviews before I ordered!

Ordered 3 cooling dog mats on the 25th June, money taken out of my account the next day. No acknowledgement email sent, when questioned this was told it has gone to my junk file was not there!! after chasing delivery several times, I was told I was rude.
6th July today now with Evri, still not been told when they will be delivered? I was asssured they would be with me the weekend. Wish I had ordered with Amazon at least you get them the next day. Wont be ordering anything else not a very professional company. I just hope when they do eventually turn up they are worth the wait.

8AVOID!!!

I ordered a cooling matt for my dog. I didn't receive any order confirmation from them despite the money being debited from my PayPal account. After 5 days of no confirmation I emailed them via their website. By day 8 after still not receiving a response or acknowledgement I contacted PayPal and got a full refund. Thankfully I had paid via PayPal or I'd imagine I would be stuck with no item or refund.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO PAWFECT -

My Email address in NOT incorrect, I have two and the one I used to make my purchase is the one I ALWAYS use for my purchases as its my main email account I use for everything. The email address linked to trust pilot is only in use for this.
As of today the item still hadn't been shipped so its incredibly coincidental that its now coming in 48hrs after ive claimed a refund and put in a bad review. Very poor excuse telling me ive put in the wrong email address.....twice!!!
Also, I'm wondering how you emailed me to tell me ive given you the wrong email address?
We cant all be wrong about your service I'm afraid.

EDIT AGAIN - Sir, I can read and I'm not deaf! I have not recieved any email from you at all, ever, and certainly not this morning either. I'm afraid your conduct is incredibly unprofessional. I'm sorry you feel my review is incorrect or unfair, my review is what I have experienced and appears that others have experienced the same judging by the rest of the reviews. I dont write bad reviews lightly but I know 100% my email address was correct on both occasions, when I made my purchase and when I emailed you and I have not received any response nor in my junk mail which I regularly check.
I apologise that you feel this review is unfair, but I have only written what my experience has been.

I made the mistake of reading the reviews on the pawfect4pets website which were all good and now I realise are untrue. I ordered a cool mat for my dog as temperatures were scorching. I have not received it as yet and no indication of its arrival. It has been at least a week. I wouldn't use this company again.

I just want to add, that you can call your bank and ask for a recall of monies that have been paid to companies such as this and they will recall payment whilst they investigate the company.

Edited response. I did eventually receive the cool mat, which arrived with absolutely no instructions. All I know is that it is from China. You did not make it clear how long it would take my order to arrive, in fact, you sent me an email the day after I placed my order informing me that it was in transit with Evri. Very misleading and untruthful. I do not trust the mat it has no quality to it at all. A total waste of money. You should be refunding me my money, as an unhappy customer, instead of calling me a liar.

I thought it was important to leave a positive review here as it seems this company has been inundated with bad reviews and, as we all know, people are more likely to write a bad review than they are a good one! Firstly, I ignored the bad reviews and chose to order from pawfect for pets as I think it's important to support family run and local businesses. Yes, you can probably buy something similar from Amazon but I'd rather my money stay local than go to some big company in the US. My parcel arrived after 7 days (which is the lower end of the time frame they specify they'll get orders to you (7-9 days). My order was exactly as described and expected. I would definitely be giving this company my custom again should I need anything more for my cats in the future. Shop local and support these types of businesses- we need them more than the likes of Amazon and temu!

Steer well clear, I suspect this is someone at home, buying pet stuff from Temu and selling on at huge mark ups. Days to get a response, rude and belligerent. Paid £36 for a cheap Chinese dog bed, identical product on Temu for £5. Pray this person gets found out big time.

Disappointed that I never received my refund after communicating several times with the business owner and providing proof of postage and delivery (photo). Here we are, a month and a half later, and I still haven’t received the refund. I have given up and will not purchase from this business/ website again.

Purchased an anxiety bed just over 2 months ago costing £70. The inner cushion has become so flat it does nothing to support the dog. Emailed the company and used their contact system but have had no response. Will not be purchasing any thing else from them.

I disagree with the reply. The bed was purchased on the 11t March and when I raised the issue it was prior to 3 months. Also we are talking of the inner stuffing which should be more robust, there is nothing to indicate this should be washed, no labelling As to the weight of the dog the correct size bed was purchased, the xxl for a dog upto 38kg which is more than our greyhound weight. I stick by initial review advising I will not be using your company again

So far, I have emailed (the only form of contact!) several times about non receipt of a balance order. Nothing has been the reply. I will be taking this further...
I won't be buying from these people again and would advise you not to either.

This is not a serious company. I bought a dog bed and cancelled the order two hours later. The bed had not yet been dispatched. I followed up with an email. I got an email back confirming cancellation had been received. I was told in very unprofessional ways, to wait 5 days for my refund. After a week and few chasers, I was asked by email for my account details to send me the money directly. This rang alarm bells, so I went directly to the bank to raise the case and dispute. This is still in progress and I am still waiting for my refund 4 weeks later. I would avoid this company.
The refund should have been instructed after cancellation, and money sent back to the same account from which payment was made.This did not happen, even though they claimed it had, and I just had to wait 3-5 days. Customers should never have to send bank account details by email!

I ordered a personalised dog collar on April 20th . I did get an e mail telling me when it would arrive. But no tracking number . It did not arrive so I clicked on the website page twice ,stating my order number etc . I have heard nothing back from the company. I’m sorry to say looking at your replies to customers they are not professional or understanding to meeting the customer’s needs . These people are not complaining for the sake of it . They are genuine.

Very poor quality… obviously cheap Chinese crap!!!
Hardly any stuffing in the raised sides…
What stuffing there is, is really lumpy.
The blue cool mat middle bit in blue material is a cheap knock off of another cool mat.
Does not feel cool to the touch so I doubt it will keep my dog cool.
A waste of £25!!!

RIP off company. I ordered a personalised dog collar. On the website, I entered name phone number and postcode for the dog tag and it arrived blank. I sent a polite reply pointing out the problem and received a blunt response saying no refunds. Delivery time was 2 weeks.
