Great Customer Service. I had an ordering issue & before I finished emailing them, they contacted me. Wow!! Hands-Down, #1 in Customer Service.

I received a response to my message very fast and Christian was able to explain the situation and he did it kindness. He was able to put a pause to the order and refund the charge.

I ordered the Parasite Cleanse Drops, unfortunately they were no good for my dog, gave him really bad diarrhoea. When I contacted PawseyLabs, they issued an immediate refund and said they would report my experience for my dog. Excellent customer service.

Customer service got onto my inquiry and resolved my issue.

Yet I have not seen a difference, but they are enjoying the flavor. Crossing my fingers in time with more improvement. And I ordered only one now a second bottle has showed up and charged to my account. Please stop shipping. I have limit of my expense per month.

I canceled my order! It shipped and pulled out my account! Contacted customer service they quickly responded and refunded my money!

I had an issue with my initial order. Customer service was on top of the issue immediately and everything was resolved.

Little bit hard to find out how to cancell subscription (OAP )but once sent was very quick with replies and advice.

I was frustrated because I hadn't received a notice that my subscription order was being fulfilled. I asked why I wasn't given a choice to skip a month. The person who handled my case offered to let me order every 60 days. So I decided not to cancel the subscription. I was very happy with the turnaround time and will definitely stick with them,

While the product works for my dogs the customer service is horrible. I opted for a one time purchase and yet they still charged my card a second time as if I opted for a subscription. I contacted the company well before it was shipped and they waited until it actually shipped before responding to me telling me there was nothing they could do since it’s already gone out! I will not order from this company again due to this. I will find another solution

Company offers a 90 day money back guarantee but when you email to request the returns details you get back a generic email offering just 15% refund to keep the item. Why would I want to keep something my dog doesn't like. I only tried the product on the basis of the money back guarantee. If your dog is fussy I would recommend you avoid this company

##UPDATE## After many push back emails of offering 15% refund then 30% refund they've finally offered to refund the full amount without returning the product. Changed from 1* to 3* due to the overall outcome
