To me this company is shady
To me this company is shady. Opened account with them on 05/26/2023, thought was to complicated, closed account on 06/27/2023. On 03/04/2024 they withdrew $500 from my account. Called them was told someone would call me back, guess what they didn't. Called again the next day. Told same story, this time was sent email later that day, saying that was "early cancellation fee". Sent me copy of there rules cancel before 3 year contract up, subject to cancellation fee. If cancelled in first 45 days, no fee. My addition looked like 31 days. Brought this to their attention. They agreed, but i would have to wait till the end of the month to get my money back!!!

Pay Arc Fraudulent Inducement
Pay Arc approached me with a partnership opportunity. I thought it was a decent opportunity. I decided to engage, hire a vp of partnership to make sure the agreement would be facilitated properly, sent the contract over to legal, only to be unprofessional ghosted. Itâs basically fraudulent inducement of a contract. It cost me thousands of dollars, just to be led on and lied to. So beware of their practices.

They are quick to onboard your company, then service vanishes. Car not present, the system rejects repeat client cards. We were told we could do international cards but call first and that Canada would not be a problem, well we can't process that Canadian card. We have multiple messages into support and to the account representative and SILENCE except one automated message saying support got an email. Still waiting.....

I absolutely love working with PayArc. They are extremely quick in answering all of my questions and research to make sure all of our merchant's questions are answered. Whenever I have a new merchant to place at a processor, my first thought is PayArc!

Worst company ever. Opened an account. We opened it in anticipation of opening and did a couple transactions. So in the beginning our account had minimal transactions and volume. We went live two months later and volume started. Our website accepts credit cards obviously but the website didnât have the controls set that the merchant processor set and we had two transactions go over our transaction limit. We were awaiting our programmers to block purchases over x amount to comply but two snuck through. They rejected them cost us that money plus we delivered the goods to customer but now donât have the money from customer. Then held deposits and shut our account down with no call or warning. Never do business with them ever. They are not proactive in working with their clients nor do they care. We tried to explain and they also wouldnât allow us to talk to risk. What a joke. Beware.
