low success rate but still workable

They are professional scammers. They are using fake names. They are working in a virtual office. You can not withdraw your money from your merchant account. We lost more than 10K from online payments.

They are scammers.

They provided payment service and within 2-3 days, they suspended my account for excessive refunds.

The excessive refunds were due to payment testing after our integration.

They did not even provide a separate Sanbox environment for payment testing, and they suspended my account immediately after I tested payment.

They took $2,000 for registration fee.

Do not trust this review and do not work with them.

A bunch of dishonest and conniving individuals. All fake names, fake promises. Once they take your money they don't reply.

Communication became sparse, and the service I was promised never materialized. I was left with no functioning account, no explanation, and no refund. Every attempt to get clarity or my money back was met with vague excuses, unprofessional behavior, or complete silence.

What’s worse is the sheer dishonesty in how they operate. After my ordeal, I did more research and realized their website provides almost no real information about their company or registration. Some of the positive reviews posted here also seem highly suspicious—many look fake and lack credibility. I strongly question their validity, as my experience was the polar opposite of what those reviews claim.

PayCly.com preys on small business owners and entrepreneurs by making empty promises, taking your money, and delivering nothing. They are not a legitimate service provider, and engaging with them could cost you dearly.

Please don’t fall for their scams like I did. Do your due diligence and steer clear of this company at all costs!

A man named Leo Brown from their team is a dishonest fraudster. He convinced me to pay an upfront setup fee through Wire Transfer to Crypto, which makes it impossible to get your money back. Once they got the payment, they changed the terms of the agreement and demanded much higher fees. They force you to agree to unfair terms or lose your money.

DO NOT trust them, DO NOT send them any payments, and DO NOT let them handle your funds. They are unethical and only out to steal from you.

We are filing formal complaints with the Singapore authorities and police to report their scams. Until they are stopped, tell everyone you know to avoid Paycly.com at all costs!

Never go with those scammers just fake identity and fake informations also no customer services STAY AWAY! they will scam you and steal your money carefull!

A scam. They use a WordPress wrapper around a Stripe account. Totally illegal.

They act with fake names and identities, at first provide quite good conditions and then start making your brain for 2 weeks with some questions, filling in rediculous forms etc. In the end they change conditions to quite another and much higher. For sure don't recommend them.

I have been contacted by these Indian people, Who claim to be in Singapore. The person I spoke with (Vira wong) had a very strong Indian accent and was using a profile picture that is not hers as a simple google image search revealed. They have been contacting me from several different profiles. It is very concerning that they ask for a high establishment fee, then say they would reduce it by 50% if I sign with them. I utilise credible merchant payment systems and have never been asked for an establishment fee, please be very cautious with these people. I would say it is highly likely they are profession scammers!

I had concerns about scams, but my experience with Paycly was excellent. From applying for a merchant account to setup, everything was seamless. Special thanks to Mr. Leo Brown for his unwavering support. The team was responsive and professional, and their multi-currency support and fraud prevention measures are top-notch.
