Very please with my kids bed
Very please with my kids bed. The Trio bed is brilliant, it's made loads of room in the bedroom and they are good mattresses. my kids love it. Delivered when they said and was a lovely, helpful driver that brought it all up to my flat for me. I will look to order again as I need a new fridge next.

this company is a joke they said to pay 4 weeks up front and i’ll get my item no item then they charged me for another week after i already paid the 4 so don’t use them coz they fry and say they told me i would still have to pay the week after when they didn’t and be really rude to u

FAULTY BEDS
Ordered the mars bunk bed for my small children, ( one of which is disabled), came without half of the bolts and nuts needed, I sent the company numerous emails to try and get them sent out and got ignored so had to find them myself, after 6 months of many emails they finally got back to me after I had told them I wasnt paying another penny until I had a response to then lie and say they had emailed me back and sent out the bolts which was not true not only is the customer service ABSOLUTELY shocking but even when they receive the weekly payment they try and take it out another few times. Stay away from this company at all costs!

Ordered beds in august paid as the agreement stated had a few delays with stock not this company’s fault. Received the bed last week and it’s amazing so sturdy and it’s perfect for my girls
Gret bed, quick service
I got the trio bed for my 3 boys. They love it and the mattresses came with it which made it cheaper to buy weekly than I could from the bed shops. Paid my 4th weekly payment last Wednesday, paid my delivery Friday and the bed turned up yesterday morning. Quicker than I thought. Great guy delivered it too, helped me bring it all in. Thank you guys. I will look to order again in the future.

I needed bunk beds for my children and wasn't in a position to pay for them outright, came across this company and in all honesty I was a little suspicious at first as I've had negative experiences with other companies in the past that are ran online and I really didn't need to be, its straight forward to order, customer service are quick to respond to any question or query, the delivery team were great and text the day and time they were delivering and the bed itself is lovely and sturdy, the mattresses are of a good quality. I'd honestly recommend this company to anyone and would definitely use them again

Ordered 2 beds in April
Ordered 2 beds in April, made the 4 weekly upfront payments as-well as deposit, after the 1st 4 payments was taken for BOTH beds I was sent an invoice to pay £40 delivery but was told it was only for one bed and other bed will follow after another 4 weekly payments was made which was no good for me as my 2 daughters share a room so how can I set up ones bed and not the other so I agreed to wait another 4 weeks as wanted both beds to come together and also save myself another excruciating £40 delivery to have them come together ( after all I choose pay weekly as I can’t afford to pay lots at once ) but shopping with these was already showing me I made the biggest mistake. Anyway I continued for another 4 weeks and nothing also let’s say communication was horrendous as only I was making all the contact with very little contact back if any at all. As I was saying after another 4 weekly payments I have been contacting them about delivery to then be sent an invoice of £80 which I had no choice than to pay which was on the 8th of august and was told 5-10 days delivery and someone would contact me to let me know what day, it’s now the 20th and still nothing even after several emails with absolutely no replies I’m for sure reporting this to trading standards and think everyone else should as it’s daylight robbery at its finest.

No sofa after 6 months!!

Beds came faulty
Beds came faulty , stupidly I'd already taken the kids beds down to put the new ones up so now my kids have to sleep in my bed until I can get someone out to fix them as pay weekly beds having given me no help or offers to exchange the beds shocking service after paying a fortune for delivery

Good bed, bad after service
The bed was great and process of getting the beds was easy, my problem started when I'd finished my payments and they continued to take them! I had 2 bills coming out which never got paid because these took another payment when asked they said it will take upto 7 days to refund which is no good as I will now receive late payment fees and also whoever I was talking to (Marc) seemed very short and not to bothered about it at all. I will not be using again.

As always with pay weekly I was vary wary , especially when it said no credit checks and 0% finance and free mattresses on kids beds!!! I thought too good to be true . But they have been fantastic !! The beds themselves are no more expensive than buying from a well known company. So I took risk and ordered the triple bunk bed with 3 free mattresses . I didn’t however read the small print where I had to make 6 weekly payments to prove that I could pay before they would arrange delivery, fair enough it was my fault for not reading , I decided to cancel because I needed them sooner . So i contacted them and they promptly got back to me and said if it was a case of needing them sooner they could also do monthly payments , and all I needed to do was to pay one month up front , they did warn me that it could still take up to 10 days for delivery, but that was fine as it wasn’t 6 weeks , ideal , I paid the one month on weds 16th of September , they contacted me by Thursday to arrange delivery and delivery charge , which I was aware of (£40) and I promptly got an email on the Friday to let me know the beds would be delivered on Monday 21st of September !!! The guys delivering got a little lost finding us , not their fault everyone gets lost finding us , they delivered the beds and the free mattresses , which by the the way being free I wasn’t expecting much but they are actually quite decent , not too range but but middle of the road I’d say . We haven’t put them up as we’re waiting for the carpet to be fitted next week , but all in all I’m very impressed with this company’s service , their communication, customer service , even their delivery guys were fantastic . Well done , wish more company’s would go out of their way to help their customers
Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using them again
