Without a doubt the worst bank in…

Without a doubt the worst bank in Europe.

It somehow takes them over a week to process incoming transactions.

They have zero customer support and barely respond to messages.

Absolutely useless in every possible way.

Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT

Absolute joke of a company. Can’t even make a deposit of few hundred euro without stringent KYC and documentation back and forth via email. Extremely expensive account fees & just to put the nail in the coffin €300 closing fee. Absolutely DO NOT open an account with them. Read other reviews they are cheats.

Beware use them at your own risk

Beware use them at your own risk
Terrible service no customer service
unable to pay staff as they held our money to pay staff
Lots of great employees unable to get paid as paylar held our money for no reason even when they accepted us when signing up ...happy to take our money even happier to lock our account
Customer service even worse so hard to get hold of someone and had to fight to get our money released
BEWARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE
DO NOT USE THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Tragic and Terrible experience

Tragic and Terrible experience. They do not listen. We already provided what they need for them to act on our request. We opt to use this service hoping we can transfer funds immediately. NO!!! That was not the case. They never did that, hence, their AML officer was very very disrespectful. If you are offering customer related and oriented service the least you can do is be NICE!!!! That's what's keeping your business, your customers so do whatever it takes to keep them.
