I haven’t received my money in my account. I transferred tha on 27 nov 2023 and today is dec 2024. I didn’t get money till now really frustrated.

Lost £2,000 after transferring money on November 28 via Xmonies. Despite multiple emails and reminders, I haven’t received the funds. There’s no transparency, and I have zero trust in this website. It’s better to use more reputable brands to keep your money safe.

I recently sent money thru xmonies and it got delivered same day. Though I had to upload my kyc document twice but their support team helped me to update the same as it was rejecting due to unclear copy. as my kyc was completed, my money was also delivered within half hours. The site was down for few months but not active again and giving better rate from other websites.

I transferred my money on 27th November and still haven't received the amount in the receiver account nor they have refunded the amount till now. Its been 25 days, my money is stuck. I don't know how long they are gonna take for refund.

Not yet received my refund from Xmonies money transfer .This is really frustrating . Is it a Scam?

I’m not happy I transferred money at 24th of November today is 31st of December still money is not transfer and even not refunded. I emailed them more than three times and get this reply always (the FCA/Administration has taken over Rational FX and will soon clear the Nostro account in order to process the refund) but still didn’t get refund. Hopefully I will get my money soon 🙏 I don’t know its a scam or what ? Or if you try to call on their customer helpline number it’s not working going on voicemail every time. Now i had to beg for my own money.

My money is stuck since 28th Nov. I made the transfer of 2k Quid and payment not processed to beneficiary till date.
They sent me an email today that my transaction is closed and no money will be transferred. Please refund my money back in UK account.

I have transferred my money to your account for remitance in India on 27 Nov 23 and today is 3 Dec. Its 6 days. Earlier I had sent you emails and I was told that there is some technical issues and the same will be resolved at the earliest. I have waited patiently till today. Now I get an email that my transaction is closed. Where is my money gone? I am highly distressed by this. I had earlier used your services 2-3 times and had no problem but this time its very very distressing and even after sending multiple remainder emails I am not getting any email and I have been requesting for calls as well which has not been honored. There is no way to speak to customer care other than the voice mails which I have done multiple times. I am really distressed, Please help and respond

The worst ever remittance service. I booked a transaction of 672 GBP (XR-RFX-76881358640008) with xmonies. Everything was fine until i transferred money into their account! Once i deposited money they started asking me the 'proof of id' of the recipient and other details that i had already provided at the time of booking transaction. Does this even make any sense that i should provide proof of identity of someone whom i am transferring the money to. Ok i provided the details then they said everything is fine now and the transaction will be processed shortly (they were calling me until this time). Now after that their number doesn't connect, no response to my email from last 48 hours and I do not even know what's happening with my money. Don't ever use their services if u don't want this trauma.

Transaction Ref no RFX-88881353110004. Your transaction time is really poor. I have initiated this transfer 09-02-2023 till now the money is not credited in my india account. Whereas the money in uk debited instantly. Even though your exchange rates are good , but you need to improve your transactions to be faster. Also please provide me a contact number to talk to someone from Xmonies.

yesterday I transfer 102£ with the help of Xmonies but my transcation is still under processing.My transcation id is XR99161353280002.Kindly please let me know when the process is complete as i have to urgently sent this money to my family.

Used it for sending money back home, as a Student getting good rates is important and xmonies Forex rate was exactly the same rate I was getting on google at the time without any additional transactional or forex charges.
