Exemplary service from Anna who always has time to help with any aspect of pay. Such a support over the years and shows empathy every time I call. I have used paypacket since I had to employ PAs to help with the care of my mum and nothing is ever a bother for them. Best wage provider in the uk as far as I’m concerned. Highly recommended. The Paypacket portal is simple and easy to use. Each month I can clearly see my wages, how much goes on tax and NI, how much goes into my pension plus unlike other companies I've used in the past I can see how many holiday hours I have available. This is a great feature rather than spending days chasing someone down to tell me.
Also really easy to contact the team via email or phone with any queries.
