An outstanding team memeber

I have found Kimberley Statham at paypacket extremely prompt and helpful with responding to any issues and documentation i have requested.
All emails i have sent have been responded to by return.
It's a pleasure to know such a helpful member of staff is on hand to give me any assistance needed.

payment problems not resolved

Unfortunately payment problems aren’t resolved quickly and I feel like mo one is taking responsibility for the issues with payments.

We have been trying to get in touch with you, and our staff have left voice messages. If you haven't received these, please contact me by email (cas@paypacket.co.uk). As we can only see your first name on this review, we cannot be sure we have traced the correct client, but we believe this is about the issues with EML/PFS, your prepaid card provider, which has had technical issues with their cards, and the problems are outside of our control. Our staff have been trying to contact EML/PFS to resolve this for you but if you get in touch, they will be able to update you.

I would recommend their services

I have been using Paypacket for a few years now. There are occasional glitches in their administration around accuracy so I do have to keep an eye on things. However, they are extremely responsive and easy to get hold of. Any errors are corrected quickly. So I am generally satisfied that they provide a good service and the staff are hard working, polite and helpful.

Keri was amazing in sorting out an error I’d made and making sure I had the figures I needed to pay employees the following day with no criticism of my failure.
