I'm really happy with the service thank you very much I did ask for my carpet to be done just before Christmas and they didn't have any appointments they were bought and the gentleman phone main says there was a cancellation and I've got my carpet fitted just before Christmas as I was having my grandkids over and I'm really pleased thank you so much I did miss a payments and I did pay it automatically online and are really appreciate that because I needed to pay my bill and thank you very much I'm really happy thanks it's January now I'm not too sure of the dates but it was in December just before Christmas so I've put the 17th

Everything from start to finish I would never recommend this company to anyone.the attitude is is no way to treat customers,the amount they take back when you’re not happy with an item is beyond me.i am thinking of putting in a claim for compensation.

They explain everything an done a really good job will use them in future

From the very first message and interaction with a lady called Sue who spoke to me about all I needed to know and guided me through everything right to the point of the Gentleman coming out to measure up and give us the price we weren’t pressured into anything very professional and kind even down to the lad that came to do our first fitting of our floor our purchases have been.

1st purchase A living floor still going strong and no issues.

2nd purchase we ordered a couch wich at first came with a issue when delivered again can’t fault them as replacement couch came 2 days later full of apologies.

3rd purchase we have just ordered and had delivered a new bed again absolutely perfect.
Credit goes up wich is great incase you need to use it but remember dont pay or be a bad payer and this can affect you for future items.

Delivery guys absolutely fantastic and very helpful too.

We asked for a quote and was seen next day by Louise. We were happy with quote, paid deposit same day, first instalment and our fitting was today. The fitters were very quick and even with how fast they were the finish is fab. Definitely recommend been such an easy process

Honestly the gentleman I saw first was really good. Polite and just overall excellent customer service.
However after that one phone call I apparently missed and they never bothered to contact me again until I called for a fitting.
Second thing; they gave me a discount as they couldn’t do the fitting, brilliant but then when the carpet ect arrived there wasn’t enough grippers and no underlay.
Third thing; the carpet was damaged, damaged so much I had to pay a ridiculous about for someone to fit/repair it as it was right before Christmas( two young children and no carpet on the stairs is dangerous!) they knew all this.
Forth: whoever it was I spoke to on email was rude and I haven’t so much had an apology for the inconvenience or anything!
Still haven’t heard back. Extremely disappointed as these were recommended to me by a friend! Shame!

Brilliant.. just one thing I think is for customers to be able to access their account to know we're thay am with payments 🙂

Start to finish quick easy and very good quality flooring well happy with mine going to use them agine for kitchen

So i had paid for my stairs carpet it took me a while to ring for a fitting appointment but when i did id paid it in full they told me my carpet had already been delivered and fitted ive rang many times asking for information they carnt give me the name of the person who they said fitted it they say he dont work there anymore they accussed me of taking my carpet up and scaming them for a new one they are rude they wont give me my carpet or a refund wich i didnt want just wanted my carpet i have been robbed for a lot of money wich me being a single mum carnt afford the kids are upset cus there is no carpet and its nearly xmas so carnt afford to go buy one im so very angry and upset ive never received any carpet and seems they wont help me either on top of that they are very rude on the fone

I received Good customer service from staff and delivery people we have ordered twice for beds which is ideal where can pay in installments would recommend to others

The representative, Rupert it’s very pleasant and explained everything very well. I was pleased with the price and payment arrangements. The two young men who came and fitted the carpets were very nice and did an excellent job and tidied up well.

It's a lovely corner sofa, but I had a bit of a ripping in the back of it on a little bit

Had my laminate delivered and didn’t look like enough so rang and was told there was then when fitter came he measured and there wasn’t enough contacted agent who said to continue having it laid and then contact office to get the rest ordered when rang them they said I cudnt have any more as pulled me over my credit limit so I had an in complete floor luckily I managed to source else where and borrow money to purchase it but this was not my fault that enough wasn’t ordered so feel an allowance should have been made

Absolutely shocking quality of a sofa thats suppose to be £1400. Nothing but issues and false promises. AVOID this company
