I was skeptical however pleasantly surprised. Lots of different affordable payment options and fast delivery, said 4-6 weeks however here within a week. I am very happy with my new sofa.

Unbelievably great fast service!!
What can I say excellent service, I wanted a sofa and chose it. I then got a little stuck at the end and Grace contacted me through whatsapp and we done and finished the order that way. Sent me all the links I needed and information needed. Now just need to wait for my sofa to be delivered! Thanks again!

Awful
UPDATE - I have to update my review because I want to acknowledge how fantastic customer service has been. It's clearly a manufacturer default and I cannot fault customer service for how they have handled this situation. Obviously the sofa is being returned due to it being a default but they have handled it so well. Had the sofa around a week and one of the seat cushions has burst at the seams. The sofa is awful. It's very clearly not made well at all. I will be arranging for it to be collected and il buy elsewhere

Easy purchase
Easy purchase. Was unsure anxiously awaiting the delivery thinking its not going to come and look like it does in the picture but it did. I love it. Its well made comfortable and the material is gorgeous the delivery drivers where very helpful took all the packaging off for us and assembled it all together where we wanted it. And i am I love with it my family of 6 can now all cuddle ip on one sofa together for movie nights anf my living room jsut feels more homely and cosy

I’ve just received my sofa and I love it, best sofa I’ve ever had it’s unreal 🔥 can I also say the delivery drivers are so polite, helpful they done it all and even though it was a struggle to get in through front door they still tried and ended up going through entry and through back door and they got it in, put it together and left with no stress involved,,, 5* experience easy

My experience of ordering with Pay…
My experience of ordering with Pay Smart Home was excellent. I ordered the Imogen U-Shaped sofa, which arrived in just over three weeks – a fantastic turnaround time. I received a call on Sunday from the delivery company confirming that delivery would be on Wednesday. On the day itself, the delivery team contacted me early to provide a four-hour time slot and then again about 30 minutes before arriving, which I really appreciated.
When they arrived, the delivery team seemed a little surprised that my property was a flat, even though it was clearly detailed as “Flat X.” They mentioned there would be a £20 charge to carry the sofa upstairs. However, they went ahead and brought the sofa into my property without again requesting the payment of £20 once the sofa was in my property. I’m only highlight this for Pay Smart Home awareness. The delivery team arrived in an unbranded van, otherwise I would have raised this with the delivery company specifically.
Overall, I’m happy with the sofa. The sofa is absolutely stunning and high-quality. Despite the confusion at delivery, I would definitely recommend using Pay Smart Home due to how easy it was to order and the quality of the sofa which I believe warrants a 5-star review.

To confirm, we offer free delivery on all sofas (unless out-of-area), and for your order, you should not have been requested to pay anything additional on the door. Great experience website easy to look through ordered my reclining 3 seater and 2 seater on the 2nd August arrived today 8th fastest delivery ive ever known for a new sofa delivery drivers are very professional arrived when they said had to open boxes outside but took extra precaution not to damage anything highly recommend this company will definitely be using again in the near future
