Lovely lady, helpful and friendly.
The lady, Michelle, who saw through the process of my problem was amazing from start to finish. Great communication, helpful, friendly and an around fasting lady. Nothing negative to say, positive from start to finish and this took a few months having to have others involved to fix my problem.

I had a problem with one of my purchases and as soon as pay smart home saw the msg on WhatsApp they got back to me right away and within 48 hours my problem was fixed I'm now waiting on the new part and will be with me in 7 to 10 days they couldn't have done enough for me thankyou Michelle

It was very easy to order
It was very easy to order and iam really happy with my tv. The sofa said it will take 1 to 4 weeks for delivery but I got it about a week and a bit after I ordered it.

We’re sorry if this wasn’t made clear during your experience and are always working to improve communication.
With regard to installation, the courier teams we use for TV deliveries are contracted solely for delivery and are not equipped to carry out wall-mounting or installation. We do understand this may have been inconvenient, particularly given your circumstances, and we genuinely empathise. While we don’t currently offer installation on TV's, it’s something we are actively exploring as part of our future service improvements.

Garden furniture
Ordered garden furniture and there has been a problem with the shipment! The furniture was already delayed and there was going to be an extra delay. Michelle was amazing, she was able to get another set, and in time for my sons bbq party. Michelle called me and emailed me every step of the way. Thankyou so much Michelle

Website was easy to navigate and the products are amazing. I had an issue where my phone crashed and I ordered 2 tvs, thankfully the office had noticed, and rang me to see if I needed 2 or not. Sean was so helpful. Would definitely use again. 1000% recommend this company.
