5 stars would highly recommend
Got my flooring from pay smart flooring and it was all straight forward and looks amazing in, getting more flooring done by them in the next few weeks aswell. Ordered a lovely u shaped sofa aswell again all very straight forward and easy to do with plenty of payment options available and speedy delivery times....would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality and affordability!!

I've always used pay smart carpets for my flooring for about 7years, so when pay smart home come, it was even better, after having a TV for 10years it was nice to get a new one at affordable price at just £20 a month. TV was delivered within 3working days. Will be ordering again.

Top class, I had an issue with M&B about faulty goods and lack of communication, Sean from PSH was on the case and had everything sorted I'm 90 minutes replacement item being sent out in a couple of days, I can't thank Sean enough M&B need to take a leaf out of PSH book on how to keep customers happy, can't thank PSH (Sean) enough, 5* service.

My experience to purchase my sofa was great so easy to order delivery they were so helpful and one staff member called michelle was very kind and keep me updated regularly, would buy again currently a paysmart carpet customer.

They made themselves look top notch to me, ordered and received new tv with fast delivery but unfortunately it arrived damaged,I told Sean about it and within 2days they swapped it for another one. Above & behind if u ask me. New tv works great many thanks pay smart home (sean)

DO NOT BUY!!
I can't really fault the customer service though they only really stepped up when I complained. Yes they were right about the missing piece to the sofa. BUT!!! Do not buy the fake leather reclining sofa, it so is not worth the price. It's cheap tat, very flimsy, really uncomfortable. On one sofa I can choose to have the lights on permanently or off permanently. If I could return it I would, it's not even fit for a bon fire.

Over multiple attempts, we guided you to the location of the missing centre console cushion. After these attempts, one of our team members even undertook a 100-mile round trip in their personal time to visit you at home, where the piece was indeed located as we had indicated.
We have sold many of these sofas, and the vast majority of our customers have expressed satisfaction with both the quality and functionality of the product. Nonetheless, we take every piece of feedback seriously. Your comments regarding the centre console cushion have been noted, and we have made recommendations to the manufacturer to ensure that the cushion’s storage location for transit is communicated more clearly.
The sofa on your order is clearly advertised as "Faux Leather," and while we strive to deliver both quality and clarity in our product descriptions, we understand that the final product may not always align with every customer’s expectations.

Wasn't sure which sofa to get between…
Wasn't sure which sofa to get between the avalon and the Riley, spent a couple weeks undecided. Sean was great at answering my questions and I decided to go with the Avalon. Sean made the process easy and was great to talk to. Now I just need to wait for my new sofa 🥰 and hope everything else goes just as smooth!
