Sharin Mahra helped me out a lot once I had been accepted, helping me get the payment gateway for my website up and running as I didn’t have a clue how to do it myself. He had great communication and was happy to help me out and answer any questions I had. As I don’t have any experience with website payment gateways I had quite a lot of questions but he was patient and helped me out. Jordan helped out a lot a the begin of the process helping me get the ball rolling and getting everything I needed for the application, with great communication he kept me updated all the way. They both were extremely easy to speak to and get the answers to the questions I had, great customer service and really helpful, what more could you ask for.

Thank you to Paytriot and the team for the quick turnaround and set up. The nature of my business is deemed as high risk so I found it difficult to secure a merchant account until Paytriot came to the rescue. Thanks again team!

We have been using Paytriot Payments Since April and I wished to hold off on reviewing them until now so I could provide an in-depth review.

We are a company in an industry (Competitions) that is almost always overlooked by the majority of payment providers as being too high risk and you never receive a reply or denied straight away.

Ever since my first phone call with Adam Mahmood my account manager I have been well looked after and everything has been explained clearly and rapidly.

Every email I send to Adam is treated well and I always receive a response within a very fast timeframe.

There have been a couple of delays related to the acquiring bank changing however in this industry this can happen to anyone and payments have always been restored as a priority.

If you are in a high-risk merchant category look no further than Paytriot to handle your payments they have very competitive fees and make sure you ask for Adam he will look after you and make you feel very secure which is important when you are trusting your business's cash with another company.

After a number of issues, the contact agent did an amazing job at resolving them. Payment is always on time.

We have been using this service for over a year now and I must say we are very happy with the progress. It was easy to sign up and we have enjoyed the service and our relationship with our account manager has been regular and productive. Any requests we had have been answered promptly. Well done guys and keep it up!

Paytriot have been handling our online payments for a couple of years now in the CBD sector. The setup was not painless as none of these things are but it was done in a timely manner and help was on hand when needed. I suppose the best thing I can say about them is that over the past two years I have never had to speak them. The reason for this is that in the 2 years there has not been a single problem. They process the orders and payments just as they should. Payments have always been made on time and for the correct amounts. The fees charged are also very much on point for the CBD sector. One last thing is that their portal also works great. Not over complicated but reports all the data you will ever need.

Ive been in the CBD industry for over 4 years now and had several payment providers. It was really frustrating setting up with amazon pay and paypal only to have my accounts closed and no way of accepting payments from customers. I had another payment provider but their fees were ridiculous at 20%.
Finally I was recommended to use Paytriot and Im so pleased that I finally found a payment processor who not only has very reasonable fees but who are also available to speak to.
The CBD industry has lots of compliance to contend with and Jordan has helped me to make sure my website is fully compliant. He is such a nice person to deal with always calls or emails back.
The payments are always sent on time which is essential when you are running a business and need the cashflow.
I always recommend Jordan at Paytriot and I know he has helped quite a few of my business associates who had also struggled.
Id definetly recommend giving them a call they give excellent service in a difficult industry

I have heard a lot of chatter recently that Paytriot are shutting down CBD accounts. This is clearly not the case as we continue to receive excellent service from them as we have done for over a year now. If you are selling CBD in a compliant manner then you have nothing to fear regarding the service you will receive. Payment is always made on time and we are particularly pleased with how responsive Jordan is should we ever need any assistance. Very happy to recommend Paytriot to any CBD company.

Updated 29/05/2020: We have now severed with this "service" provider. Martin set us up a short term solution to take payments whilst they sorted our problem out, he then tried to blackmail us saying the solution can only go live if we remove our review from Trustpilot. No chance. Fraudulent company.

Have been using this outfit to take our CBD payments since December, in the initial phase Mr Jay Jagdev was very responsive, sometimes calling multiple times a day to get us set up. Once the fee was paid it took us over 8 days to get integrated with shopify because their back end was experiencing errors, we had to grant access to our entire online platform for them to fix it. Since then we've had to chase up payments a few times for coming late, and also asked Jay for a printout of all settlements since inception so we can run accounts, this was 7 weeks ago and we have still not received it despite several reminders. The latest escapade is that Paytriot have blanket banned all CBD accounts "pending a compliance review" meaning we cannot accept any card payments rendering our business to a halt (during the covid19 crisis). The reason for this is Paytriots lack of diligence when onboarding clients to get in a quick payday has now resulted in all compliant customers such as us being banned from accepting payments whilst they check everyones sites (something which they should have done initially). During a time like this you'd expect to get hold of the person handling your account but somehow he's always "in a meeting." This company has lost us thousands in potential orders and the only email they've replied to is the one requesting for account closure, an absolute disgrace. If you want to have a new problem every week, sign up with these jokers. This is a prime example showing no matter how good your business model, execution and customer service is you will always be at the mercy of the people who handle your payments.

Used paytriot for about a year now across a few CBD projects and it has been a pleasure. Great team, fast turnaround & good rates. Would highly recommend!

We spoke to Adam Mahmood initially and throughout the whole process. from the initial discussion all the way through to the setup of our merchant, bank and gateway Adam has been nothing less than informative, proactive, professional and efficient. Adam made the process easy and fluent. we were some what off put after speaking to other companies before our introduction. my faith in Paytriot and Adam personally is 100%.we couldn't fault one part of his and the companies abilities to provide the best package and customer service.
we couldn't recommend Adam and Paytriot Payments enough!
