Atoa offers a fundamental service for a good starting price. Conor and the team were very helpful in getting us started on our journey. The app is easy to use and makes end of week reconciliation easy. I would recommend them to any small businesses interested in P2P payments.

I couldnt be happier with atoa payments, I just added another 2 stores with atoa and it was seamless, conor and priya where really helpful, great communication and easy to set up

Been with ATOA over a year and still very happy! I had begun to feel hassled with the existing card provider at the time who was starting to add charges that I couldn't get explained.I had been with them years and years. So researching online narrowed down to ATOA bank to bank services. The set up was fairly easy. I only needed help with their support when I was getting to understand how it all worked, like the online accounts page layout. They were friendly and helpful, putting my mind at ease. Yep, the low fees is real! So far all transaction payments have continued to be straight forward with NO problems. I love how I can check our bank and see the money in our account soon after. Over the summer months I felt more confident in linking it to our Xero accounts for invoicing our customer via email. Googled it for help on how to link it easily. Gradually our customers are using it more from both the QR display in the shop, and on the invoices emailed. Many use BACS which I prefer (as it is free at the moment), but ATOA PAYMENTS has made a HUGE difference with the 0.70% rather than the much bigger % charges, and extras from our previous card transactions. We still have a few customers who pay with a Mastercard card so I sacked off the old provider and found a new one with a basic card reader linked to my phone. So now it all working well. WOW! Another stress has been lifted. I do keep telling other business friends about the difference ATOA can make, but it is less known up here in 't' North. If they continue to be reliably great then only time will tell. Thank you Atoa team :)

From the moment I found about about Atoa it was plain sailing. The customer service was amazing and received my terminal the very next day. The fact that the money goes straight into my account and the fees are so low is a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend to other business owners.
