TMS Legal kept me advised throughout the process, and once my claim was upheld and agreed, the refund hit my account swiftly. Can't fault them, very happy with the service I received.

I had a locksmith scam in June 2024. T.m.s was helping me or so I thought. Cover letters and nothing . I would have expected my 100.00 back from my credit card but nothing. No final response at all.

They kept me fully up to date every step of the way, so I never needed to ask questions or bother them as I felt I was in good capable hands.
They contacted me via email as well as text message to ensure I got the message.
When they have contacted me by phone to explain the out come the gentleman was very polite and courteous and he made sure I fully understood in a very polite manner.

I made a claim via TMS Legal & Ive just received a substantial sum, TMS Legal kept me updated throughout my claim & I am more than happy with their services.

This company pestered me by text to let them act for me, not only did they ask for same info many times, i actually had to chase them, as heard nothing , only to be told if will be a few week, now I get an uniformed text that my claim has been declined due to a " timebar" ?? No explanation of what this means, no name to the text, just that my claim will be shut down, dreadfully poor service with a company who quite obviously dosent know what they are doing, I will now have to report these clowns to FCA, use at your own peril ,DREADFUL SERVICE ,

They charged 45 % but worth it I wouldn’t have done it without them

Had a few issues with being repeatedly asked for additional information but my claim was upheld in a relatively short period of time. My share was very quickly paid!

I'd of never of thought to chase aqua account, when I first enquired to tms legal I thought of i wouldn't get anywhere, and infact I won my case. They did everything and got me a good result so thank you much for all your hard work.
