I Scraped Mcafee & Norton to use PC Matic. So far it has exceeded my expectation! A truly American company,that actually SHOWS & COMMUNICATES what they have done.OUTSTANDING!

I have been a multi year subscriber of pc matic with a lifetime license.
I recently had trouble accessing files and programs on an older computer (10+yrs windows 10)
I had previously had to disable PCM to open certain programs and thought this might be the problem.
I was going to uninstall and reinstall it, but could not completely uninstall. There were several back and forths over days with all fixes not working. I finally allowed access through anydesk and never heard from them again. Even after 3 check backs asking if they were just ghosting me. Never heard from, thanks so much.
During this I had tried to reset to fact, but was blocked, this thing was not going down. Just like Hal on 2001.
I bought another comp and finally for some reason was able to boot from my restore usb and reset.
Through no help from them.
Up until then, I never had any big problem, Now? never again.

So on 10/13 I received a message from PCmatic saying they would be in touch about this. Of course, 10 days later I have not heard from them. Just like my original complaint.

PC Matic is absolutely a great tool to stop attacks o your computer and phone. There also is a VPN which works very well. I have used PC Matic for over 6 years now. I have used Kaspersky and MaCafee in the past, but PC Matic is tops.

Abitando in Piemonte, a dire il vero, ero un pochino preoccupato per la distanza ma, confortato dalle moltissime recensioni positive trovate sui social ho deciso di affidarmi a loro. Li ho contattati ed immediatamente mi hanno fatto sentire tranquillo e sereno. Hanno, dopo aver ricevuto il mio cambio, immediatamente spedito con il corriere quello revisionato: tutto si è svolto in brevissimo tempo.
Oltre alla gentilezza, professionalità, disponibilità e pazienza che hanno dimostrato nei miei confronti hanno anche seguito in videochiamata il mio meccanico per il reset del nuovo cambio. Tutto ha funzionato perfettamente. Sono molto soddisfatto di tutto: bravi!!!

Worth the price for the piece of mind that your PCs and Phones are protected. Have on both my wife's and my Laptop and phones. It is easy to setup and runs without slowing down your device. Very pleased and will continue to run PC Matic on my computer and phones.

I want to recommend PC Matic to not only my friends and family but to everyone! The protection you get for the price is amazing and this is an American company!!! so glad to switch from McAfee (which is NOT an American company)!!

I can honestly relax with PC Matic on my systems. They catch things that I was not Aware of and keep me up to date, If you want the protection without the hassle select PC Matic.

One morning I recently woke up to multiple pop-ups on my desktop (presumably malware) while using another cyber security network carrier. I, therefore, cancelled coverage under that carrier, switching over to PC Matic, which immediately resolved the issue. Shortly thereafter, I also contacted PC Matic's customer service regarding another issue that I was experiencing. Their clear instructions and prompt response resulted in also resolving that issue. I will, therefore, be renewing my service with PC Matic when it is time to do so and highly recommend PC Matic to others.

I'm a long time customer of PCMatic (possibly since the company started advertising) and have never been disappointed. Their fees have remained consistent with only a few minor increases over time. And I completely trust the work they do to be thorough and accurate.

I really like what PC Matic does for protection, customer service, and overall value. I highly recommend them!

My experience with PC Matic has been nothing short of excellent! I love their approach to the entire world of computer protection from malware, viruses, and other threats. It has been a completely "drama-free" relationship with them and I cannot recommend them too highly!

I had a foreign virus checker before and felt uncomfortable. Since I got PcMatic i have piece of mid. Reasonably priced for five licenses. Installation was a breeze. Works behind the scene beautifully. Many advantages which others do not provide. I'm sold on it!

I was protected by another company. I started, out of the blue, receiving these warning messages from that company and from Microsoft. I purchased PC MATIC and after uninstalling the other software, I ran a couple of scans with the same results. I was still receiving messages from the other company and from Microsoft. It was late Sunday evening and I left a message with Customer Service and I had an answer, an explanation, and a fix, that actually fixed the problem. I was able to use my computer again. Thanks, PC MATIC!

This company is a complete scam. Stay away from it.

One of the best to use because it's not that big of a program to run on your devices. It works on all devices even mobile devices as well. Save your money and get more for less from an American based company. You cannot go wrong and they have one of the best guarantees in the business. A+++++ 6 stars if they would let me!!

Fantastic product at a great price. Has saved us from many headaches over the years.

great product, dependable, easy to use

I bought and installed PC Matic last year. But now when I go to do a scan it has analyzing for 15 minutes or more and Malware scan never starts. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled several times and have same problems every time. I have uninstalled permanently and turned off the auto renew and will look for another security program or just let Windows Defender security take care of my computer and just add a VPN.

We are new to PC Matic. We used Norton for 20 years and they did a good job I guess, But I hated paying a Global company, Support was weird at best talking with someone from timbuck2 and the price kept going higher and higher. Installing PC Matic was simple, It's working great Plus it's a USA Company,
