Dissatisfied for a couple of years i have been…
for a couple of years i have been satisfied with pc protect but for the last 8weeks i have been having trouble with routine system scans.The usual message setting scan appears but after a while it says system dis connected or words to that affect. this has happened about 6 times and i have go in and download and reinstall.the last it would not install so now i have no protection.I have seriuosly considered cancelling my subscription over this issue!

Volle Abzocke, Finger weg
Beiträge werden ohne Absprache und Zustimmung einfach extrem erhöht, Kündigung wird schwierig gemacht und nicht schriftlich bestätigt, danach wurde die Jahresgebühr nochmal abgebucht.
Mal sehen was sonst noch passiert.

All OK other than recent inability to connect to router.
All OK other than recent inability to connect to router, the problem was diagnosed to our PC Protect which had to be switched off before we could re-connect.
