Il programma funziona ma l’azienda non è per niente seria e trasparente!
Ho dato disdetta all’abbonamento il 24 gennaio 2025 con mail tradizionale e pec in quanto l’abbonamento si rinnovava il 23 febbraio e il link per disdire ricevuto nella mail di rinnovo non funzionava, dal sito, cliccando su disdici abbonamento, ti reindirizza in una pagina dove chiede un codice di riconoscimento che arriva dopo parecchie ore a pagina scaduta. Pensavo che da azienda seria, avrebbero accolto la disdetta (mail con tanto di Id. Cliente e tanto di spiegazioni) ma purtroppo l’addebito è arrivato puntuale come un orologio svizzero.
Questo ritengo che si possa definire una truffa in quanto non poter annullare un’abbonamento (seguendo le istruzioni date da voi nel vostro sito) e neanche poter cancellare il metodo di pagamento lo ritengo estremamente scorretto!
Sconsiglio a tutti di usufruire di questi servizi e spero che mi contattiate quanto prima per chiarire e restituire i 119€ che avete preso senza autorizzazione!
In ogni caso, fortunatamente, la carta di credito che vi siete memorizzati e ne disponete senza possibilità di replica da parte del titolare scade quest’anno!
