The service I received from Dean was superb. I have personally had 3 consoles repaired (Xbox and Playstation) over several years by this chap and even took my nephews too. He's always been dead stright with me and set my expectations as to what may or may not be repairable and specifically how long a certain console life may have left. However, his repairs never failed. Also, when i decided to buy the latest model, he bought the old generation off me for a good price.
