Upon ordering a document conversion, I unknowingly subscribed to their premium service. While I understand that the terms and conditions were outlined, the lack of clarity about the automatic renewal is deceptive at best. After the trial period, I was shocked to find that my account was charged £39.90 monthly without realising it would happen after just a nominal initial fee.
When I reached out to customer service to cancel the subscription and request a refund for the current month's charge, I was met with a dismissive response. They only confirmed the cancellation for the next month but refused to address my concerns regarding the current charge. Their structure seems designed to lock customers into a recurring payment plan that many may not intend to subscribe to at all.
I want to caution anyone considering this service: be extremely careful. If they do not cancel and refund my current subscription, I plan to open a dispute with my credit card company.
