DO NOT USE

Selected one-time payment to merge 2 files, charged me 1 euro 45 cent (in separate payments of 70c and then 75c). Three days later attempted to take 49.95 euro from my card (which declined only due to a low balance). when I tried to cancel my subscription (which I never started in the first place), they tried to charge me again twice. Unsubscribing was also a complicated process. In the end I had to block them from my card and I will have to cancel my card.

I paid to make a few document editions and refused their plans, agreeing to pay only 0,70€ for each edited files. Today I was surprised when I saw they took from my account 49,95€ at the end of March and had another pending payment on 11 April of the same amount.
They scammed me out 99,90€!!!
I contacted them and was informed my "free trial was over" so they started to charge me, but when I said I never signed for a monthly subscription and that this was unlawful they stopped replying. My bank is currently disputing these payments and I had to cancel my debit card. What a mess, don't even know how they remain online.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from pdfcustomer.com. My experience with this website has been absolutely unacceptable.

I authorized a single payment of €0.70 for a one‑time file I needed to generate. That was the only service I intended to use. However, shortly after, the company charged my card €49.95 without my permission. I never subscribed to anything, never agreed to any recurring payment, and never received any clear information that could justify such a charge.

This kind of unexpected withdrawal feels deceptive and completely unethical. A legitimate service does not hide charges or take money without explicit consent.

I have already requested an immediate refund and reported the transaction as unauthorized. Based on my experience, I consider this website unsafe and highly questionable. If you value your money and your security, avoid this page entirely.

,95 € y no me lo quieren devolver, las políticas de uso no están claras en la página y el periodo de prueba tampoco me respondía un tal Liam, después chelsea y ahora una tal Margaret del aporte y ninguno da respuesta no hacen el reembolso, ladrones es lo que son! Podré la de denuncia en la ocu. La ley en España indica que puedo solicitar el reembolso del servicio que no he pedido ladrones"

I was charged 53,3 USD three days after converting a single file for less than 1 USD.
If anyone knows how to prevent future chargings please let us know.

they are at Files editor but bill you under another name. I had everyone else's experience. Agreed on downloading one document for 1,45, was billed almost 50e 3 days later and was refunded that original 1,45 almost as if that first agreement was null to begin with. Reporting them for fraud with my bank as we speak. be careful.

They won’t cancel anything. I’ve emailed and asked to stop I don’t have an account. Absolutely a scam!!!!!

Scam!! wanted to pay 0,7 cents but they took 45eu

I paid 1,45 euro to update a PDF file.
I found it already weird that they charged 0.70 and 0.75 euro from my card instead of 1,45 in one time.
To avoid extra costs, I checked and cancelled the subscription (the same day!) that would start 72 hours later.
But still it was active. They took 4 months 49,95 euro from my card! Even I checked to be sure not to have a subscription. They use white buttons (on a white background) on the website and blue buttons to continue the subscription. This to make people accidentally push the wrong button on the website. To cancel, you need to pass multiple pages and buttons. This is pure scam!! I sent a complaint and I received 1 month (49,95 euro) back, payment of last 30 days. Still lost 149,85 euro. This is my first complaint on Trustpilot, so yes I am very angry!

PDFCUSTOMER m'a prélevé 49,95€ comme pour un abonnement annuel.
A aucun moment il ne demande de valider pour un abonnement à 49.95€. Il prélève cette somme sans avertir le client.

Sono dei truffatori, paghi 1€ per una modifica di documento e li ci può stare e poi ti addebitano dopo tre giorni 49€ senza dirti nulla è una vergogna! Le condizioni in fase di utilizzo della piattaforma non sono chiare e se gli scrivi dicendogli questo nemmeno ti rimborsano. Stateci alla larga.

Got charged for 2 month more then 49 € each month for a service which should have cost under 2 € and what I clicked on. It's definitely fraud.

Payment £46.45 taken, nothing received. Scam.

This company bill me 334,66$ for 1 year subscription even I did not request. They do not want to refunded me, they say that they will give me life subscription. Be careful to try this app it’s a scam

I paid a 1 day off, and 2 days after they charged me 49,96 euros. SCAM!!!!

It actually did edit my PDF, Supposed to be $1.45. Checked my bank balance and it shows 2 charges totaling over $2.00. No invoice, no receipt. Just waiting for the fraud to begin.
Do I trust it NO!!!!!

Update. Kept checking the visa and no new charges have yet shown up. BUT I did receive and email saying my payment did not go through and invited me to fix the problem via a link. Which I didn't.

Fraud. Same experience people are referring to for the company previously known as pdfsupport. paid $1.5 for a 1 day subscription only to get charged $75 a few days later. No invoice. No email. No easy way of tracking the company because their website has a different address: files-editor dot com
