Like all the other reviews we signed up for a single payment for a PDF transfer and ended up with funds being taken from our Amex account on a monthly basis. We have now cancelled on line - a process that is made difficult by PDFSupport by asking multiple questions in different formats to try to trick you into making on going payments! BEWARE of their tricks!!

Scam. Paid 1 dollar to alter a pdf then they charged my card 49 dollars days later.

They scam me $49.95 they pull the money out my bank account without me knowing are signing up for any plans and when I reach out to them they ignore my emails

Filthy scammers! bought one translation for 0,75, got a "subscription" for 49,95€/month! Without even realizing it! Mastercard slept, the Bank (Credit Agricole) slept, I paid 3-4 times before realizing the scam.
Also Google: is the hefty money pdfsupport.com is paying Google to put their link on top of search results a good reason to be accomplices of this scam?

Scam site. I agreed to a $1.45 charge for 2 day use of their site and now they keep charging my card $49.95. I actually had my card cancelled and got a new one and they STILL were able to charge the new card. Total scam.

Le site réutilise frauduleusement les coordonnées bancaires que l'on donne lorsque l'on convertis un pdf (pour le prix annoncé de quelques euros).
Pensez à contacter votre banque pour vous opposer à ces prélèvements totalement illégaux.

Scam. Avoid using… even a free trial. I was charged £50 after converting 1 file to a PDF when they offered free trial. Luckily my bank stopped the payment as it flagged as fraud.

Massive Scam, they been withdrawing 49.95 EUR for months. And nor I can't even cancel the subscription, I had to cancel my credit card. I paid 400 EUR for 1 PDF that was supposed to be 0.99 EUR

Ett riktig bluff! Akta er! Jag ville överföra en PDF fil till Word. Det kostade 0,74 usd. De debiterade 7,5 kronor två gånger och två dagar senare debiterade de 550 sek (!). Svarade ej på mail.
Amex fixade allt och jag blev inte lurad endast tack vare Amex!

SCAM. If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for a one time usage and ended up being charged for the one time + a monthly subscription of $49.95, a couple of days later. The company would not give a refund and I had to dispute the claim with my credit card company after cancelling the subscription on the website. I wish I would have read these reviews before falling into this trap.

Used names File-edit and PDF Support. They keep trying to take £46.45 as a monthly prescription that is did not knowingly authorise. The got my card details from a trial, and have since repeatedly tried to take money from the card. 1st time they did this using file-edit.com, and my card issuer reversed the charge and I got my money back. The card issuer blocked further payments. However, another charge from PDF Support was taken, and again my card issuer reversed the charge and put another block on them as they confirmed it was linked to file-edit.com. You need to report this direct to your card issuer. I had used a credit card so I was able to get the charges back for every transaction. Such a company should be avioded at all costs.

Suppose to be 1.95 then they charge you 49.95. The won’t stop attempting to chart me card like 20-30 times a week.

I am reporting this to prevent others from becoming victims like me. Please do not use this website under any circumstances. This is a 200% scam site.

It started with a small charge of around $1, which was deducted from my card.
A few days later, the same small amount was charged again.

At that point, I wondered if a family member might have used the site, but because the amount was small, I initially ignored it.

Later, charges appeared under different company names, including “fileedit.com” and “pdfsupport.com.”
They clearly changed the company name while continuing to bill my card, which is extremely deceptive.

In the end, I had no choice but to cancel my card and change my card number to stop the unauthorized charges.

This is a fraudulent operation using small recurring charges to avoid detection.
I strongly warn others not to use this site.

Scam. Used their service once, then they started billing you monthly. Try to cancel and then after a few minutes clicking cancel its still loading the screen.
