Purchasing a couple of PDUs on the website was straightforward and I received the usual confirmation email.

Then I waited and I waited and I waited some more. After about ten days I dropped them an email. These were standard PDUs in their offering, not custom models. Did they not have stock? Had they been shipped? No answer.

After another couple of days I called them and one of their reps took my details, the order number and promised a call back with an update. Instead I received an email: sorry I missed your call. Your order is actually out for delivery with DPD today, here’s the tracking.

The PDU’s were exactly what I needed, manufactured in UK, very well packed - I have nothing but praise for the product itself and for this reason, and to support a British business, I will give the company the full five stars. The communication however could have been better.

Simple ordering process, good comms during the configuration, shipping process. Items turned up well packaged and as expected.

This was an easy purchase as the website was easy to navigate and clear.
It is clean and not cluttered and well informative.
The unit in question is well made and top quality coming from a british company.
I will be purchasing another unit from them in due course.
I highly recommend this company.

I was ordering a product that was slightly outside my comfort zone. The pre-sales support was excellent.
Product was delivered on time to spec.
In addition, their after-sale service if anything, exceeded my expectations.
I had some administrative issues at my end and needed to ask for additional info - I was a border line pain - perfect response every time.

Couldn't find item elsewhere. Slight problem with item dimension quickly resolved with no fuss. Would use again.

Bought a 6 way UK Plug PDU with Surge protection and neon switch. + a 4 way C13 PDU with 2 way UK Plug. The items arrived quick (ordered friday 10 June) arrived 14/6/2022. The items are of high build quality and are built to UK safety standards. My only gripe is the 6 Way 10 Inch Combination Unit 2x UK#s power lead comes off the back instead of the side. Which may be problematic if you're NOT mounting it to a rack. Its not quite designed for wall mounting. Although if you flip the mounting brackets backwards it can be done. ;-) You're welcome.

From start to finish it's been a joy.

I was quite dubious about the company at first, as i was unable to find anything on companies house, their registered address is virtual and the telephone just rings out and the email address sales[at]pduonline.co.uk partially fails... seems Clive Merrill is Cc'd into the email but no longer exists. In my opinion they're good but might be a problem if there's an issue with a product. so order at your own risk. They also don't display their VAT numbers on the website, but they charge me for VAT. which is illegal. Either way. those are all minor negatives.

The products work and that's what matters.

This is their first review in almost 2 years.. they are legit tho. honest.

Product looks to be very well made and although I have not started using them yet, I am very confident. I have found their communication excellent and very easy to make a decision on the correct option to purchase.
If I was to find fault, that would be there is area for improvement with their ship time although it is not excessive and does not warrant a star reduction. I have plans to do a significant amount of additional business with this company.

Customer service was great. I was quick to get a quote back and have any questions answered. PDU arrived a lot faster than expected, especially as it was a custom order. The PDU looks great and seems solid, exactly what I was after. Will certainly be a returning customer for any PDU's in the future.

I made an enquiry on wed about delivery for Fri, the sales team confirm this was doable. Placed the order and the goods arrive Friday morning. Couldn't ask for a better service
