Horrible company with no customer service
Horrible company! I will be requesting a refund from my credit card because they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a shirt from them during Black Friday, that says online is in stock and available but could take 5-10 days to process. I was fine with the timing, but now it's been almost 2 months and no update on my order, just saying it's unfulfilled. I've reached out multiple times with more information or updates.

Back in November my daughter placed to separate orders for T-shirts about 30 minutes apart. One for her Secret Santa and one for her Dad as a Christmas gift. The shirt for her Secret Santa came but the gift for her dad did not show up. One issue was the tracking information never got updated. She is a vey busy university student so I decided to follow up with P/C Customer Service. They got back to me in a very timely manner. After their investigation they came back an told me the order was lost in transit. They offered my daughter a store credit or issue a new shirt. She really wanted the shirt as it was a gift. They sent out a second order and we did receive an email confirmation that the order was delivered (by UPS) on Christmas Eve. There was even a picture of the delivery but there was no apartment number in the picture and you could not even read the label on the package. So really no proof the package was even delivered to her floor. When she went to check there was no package. So back I went to their customer service. They apologized for this again and again asked if she wanted a store credit or another order. Like I said it was gift so this time I had them ship the order to my. home address and today it was delivered. My husband really likes the shirt. So I will give them an A+ for their customer service as they worked to make sure the gift she ordered for her dad got delivered. Also the shirt is very good quality.

Never been shipped
Never received a response from my emails to customer service.
Highly doubt I will be refunded for the item which I have not received.

Actually the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
The item I ordered arrived way later than it said even though I paid extra. I then had to argue for months about returning it only to be told they’ll arrange a return if I PAY for international postage myself. A joke of a company and I wouldn’t wish them on anyone.
Good product, terrible customer service
Very disappointed with the customer service. There is no communication from the brand once you paid. I had to ask after 3 weeks the status of the order because nobody told me upfront about the delay in production. It took over a month for my order to be shipped when the website specify 10-14 days for on demand program.. Again if I don’t reach out to know where my order is after 7 weeks, no one gets in touch with me to let me know there is a delay in transit.
Most frustrating part is that I kept on receiving newsletters email and sms weekly.
I was 1 day away of asking for a full refund but finally received my order after almost 9 weeks. Nobody apologized or offered any compensation/customer gestures for the inconvenience.
The quality of the product is good (only
reason why I put 2 star) but you should review your communication with your customers.

Ordered in November keep delaying delivery don’t answer emails and their social medias but continue to take orders and promises delivery.
The lack of accountability is the worst and feels like it’s becoming fraudulent and they will go under after Xmas with people money.
At least if i had a real ETA or a reason instead of just busy season when all the store are busy and if they are overwhelmed they closed order.
Horrible experience all around
Delivery was extremely delayed!! The items we received were not even close to what they advertise on the website. False and deceptive advertising. The Detroit Tigers sweater has a TIGERS across the full chest on the website and what we got was barely half the front covered. Premium pricing for SHEIN quality products. Beware!! Oh, and now we’re getting 4-5 emails from them…A DAY!

Been well over thirty days when I place.My order still hasn't shipped.I will not support this merchant again ever. customer service is bullshit.. They claim they will fire back a email 3 to 4 days.. days after we send it.It's been over two weeks and I still haven't gotten a reply from these jackoffs. Furthermore, the items I bought were gifts that will not arrive on time when I place the order they would have but like I said it's been well over thirty days still no movements on my order.I'm so upset..
Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt
Zunächst einmal das Positive:
Ich habe am 25.11. einen NFL Ivory Quarter Zip meines Lieblingsfranchise bestellt und am 18.12. meine Sendung erhalten, was ich für den Versand von Kanada nach Deutschland inkl. Zollabfertigung ganz okay finde.
Der Pullover ist gut verarbeitet, weich und es hängen nirgendwo lose Fäden rum, aaaaber:
er ist leider viel gelblicher als auf allen Abbildungen auf der Webseite. Man kann darüber hinweg sehen, weil man ihn ja trotzdem tragen kann, aber ich würde lügen, wenn ich sagen würde, dass es mich nicht stört.
Meine Sendung war während der Versandzeit insgesamt die ersten 10 Tage nur angekündigt und ließ sich schlecht mit Tracking Apps verfolgen, weshalb ich zwischenzeitlich dachte, dass es sich vermutlich um einen Scam handeln würde - was es zum Glück aber nicht war.
Das Negativste an der Erfahrung war jedoch, dass die Firma meine knapp 70€ Sendung (inkl. Versand) fälschlicherweise weit über 100€ deklariert hat und ich viel zu hohe Abgaben beim Erhalt meiner Sendung zahlen musste und ich mich nun selber um die Formalitäten mit dem Zoll kümmern muss.
Das ist einfach nicht kundenfreundlich, bringt der Firma keinen Vorteil, aber dem Kunden einen großen Nachteil.
Insgesamt kann ich beim besten Willen nicht mehr als 2 von 5 Sternen geben und werde in Zukunft, obwohl ich eigentlich vorhatte dort nochmal zu bestellen, nach dieser Erfahrung von sämtlichen Käufen dort absehen.

Ordered in stock item on Nov 29th, it is now Dec 17 and delivery is somewhere between Toronto and Ottawa. don't make promises you can't keep, postal strike had been on for 2 weeks before i ordered and method of delivery was not clearly stated

I ordered the Blue Jays Spirit crew shirt, although the thickness and quality of the sweatshirt was thinner than I expected and not as stretchy and soft, and I wish part of the design had embroidery. However, the print was beautiful and design is very aesthetic. I had some issues with the size and other logistics but the support email was very helpful and was able to address any issues I had to my satisfaction, the delivery the second time was done in a timely manner and I was able to receive my order well before Christmas. Thank you so much!
Over a month still not shipped
I ordered something in mid-November and it still hasn’t been shipped over a month later. They said it would be shipped a week ago after apologising for a delay but still nothing and now the customer service team won’t reply!!
Great quality jumper!
Bought a jumper, the quality and the sizing was perfect! I think a lot of the negative reviews are paid bots geared to dissuade purchasers for obvious reasons (🍉), there seems to be a trend with companies who sell particular products. Won’t say it because I don’t want to be censored!

What an absolute joke of a place
What an absolute joke of a place. Paid £30 for a pair of basketball shorts for milwaukee bucks and what turned up were a cheap pair of boys cotton PE shorts with a transfer sticker of a deer ironed on. Do not purchase from here

Going to start off with the bad part - the items I ordered arrived late and I was sent the wrong item by accident.
Instead of impulsively leaving a review, I got in touch with their support team. Shahasi got back to me promptly and provided A+ customer service. They have helped organise the exchange quickly and efficiently
Don't Waste Your Time
I bought 2 T-Shirts from Peace Collective, ordered on 21/9. They took over 1 month to arrive and when they did, the sizes were all over the place and quality wasn't great. Size L was like an S, size XL was like an XXL.
Tried processing a return that required me uploading pictures of the items. Still waiting on instructions on what to do next. Fully expect a refund (if i get one) will take another few months. Just an all round bad experience.
