Wow, fantastic quality and fantastic service. Ordered from the UK so always a worry if the product isn’t great then it’s a hassle to return it but the quality is amazing and I’ll be back for more merch

Quality or lack there of
I ordered a hat for a Christmas gift and upon opening realized it had been manufactured wrong which was disappointing especially for the day. After contacting them and after some time they sent another and it had the EXACT SAME ISSUE and it’s now nearly March! Their website states “We produce quality apparel that looks good and does good” but from this order I’ve seen the opposite with poor quality, especially with the high prices of their products and when the bare minimum 1% from the sale is donated.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This “company” capitalizes on the idea of wellbeing, community and mental health- it’s sickening! I ordered on Jan 27 and I still have NOT received an order confirmation and yet, I’m getting constant marketing (spam) emails.
7 days later I emailed their CS team asking to cancel my order because I’ve been left in the dark but my CC was charged. They denied the cancellation and stated, “it’s past the 24 hour timeline and your order will ship once it’s created.” I don’t even know what that means in regard to a timeline!! I ordered a vintage Chiefs Tee for a gift and it won’t be here by the time listed on the website. CS took 5 days to reply to my initial email.
This “company” is a hoax. What a scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I would give them a ZERO if I could. I've never left a negative review anywhere before. Product was ordered November 25 (preorder to ship around Dec 6) - received Jan 15. Okay - I can deal with that (despite ZERO communication or returned emails). However, when product arrived (size medium ordered) it was MASSIVE!!!! At least an XL. I measured the item received and provided photos of measurements (comparing to the size guide on the website) - took weeks to get a response that I can return for store credit or exchange. I said that I do not want either of those - I want a refund - this product is NOT as advertised. They will not give me a refund because it was purchased during their "Peace Week" sale and they cannot change their policy. I feel like my money was stolen. AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Over two months and waiting
It's February 3rd and I am still waiting for my Eagles sweater that was ordered on December 2nd with the superbowl this weekend. That is more than 2 months.
In addition, part of the order was received 6 weeks after the order was placed. It arrived in the wrong colour, which is clearly a quality issue given the colour that came is not representative of the team colour. They have communicated they will send a replacement we'll see how long that takes.
How did this get past quality control?
I would not recommend ordering from here.

Never reviewed a company in my life until now. Made 3 separate orders with this company and literally none of them have been a positive experience. Everything from late deliveries (talking 1.5 months+ from order date), incorrect items being sent multiple times, and poor quality for such expensive items. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere this place is a total rip off

Buyer Beware: Zero Communication & Endless Delays
Absolutely terrible experience with Peace Collective. My boyfriend ordered me a Kansas City Chiefs sweater on December 15th, hoping it would arrive before the playoffs. It’s now January 30th—six and a half weeks later—and we just received an email saying the order is “being packed,” with no shipping information yet. I'm just hoping I'll get it in time for Super Bowl and actually have a chance to wear it before the season is over.
The lack of communication has been beyond frustrating. After emailing them and receiving an auto-response saying it would take 6-10 days to reply, we never actually got a response within that timeframe. I had to comment on their Instagram just to get them to notice my issue, at which point they asked me to DM them.
January 23rd: I DMed them my order number and was told there was a “small delay” in production but that my order would be made soon. At this point, it had already been over five weeks. They offered express shipping, which I appreciated, but the delay was way beyond what was reasonable.
I responded with my frustration, pointing out that we had been completely left in the dark with zero proactive updates—yet they had no problem sending out promotional emails trying to sell more products. Emails to customer service went unanswered.
Their response? A generic “we’re experiencing high volumes” message. No accountability, no real explanation.
I used to love supporting this brand, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. If you’re thinking of ordering, be prepared for massive delays and non-existent customer service. Super disappointed. 😞

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. 1/12/2024 ordered for Christmas they emailed me a delivery time of 7-14 days. No response from my complaints until I made a comment how bad they are on their instagram account and lo and behold after 8 weeks I get message to say order on its way. 8 weeks to deliver is not acceptable. Very bad service. Will never order again from them
Worst Company Experience I've Ever Encountered
Football sweater was purchased for a Christmas gift Dec 2 with a shipping date showing Dec 4 at point of sale. Finally reached out to customer service on January 17, as the order was still showing unfulfilled. Recieved no further information as to when this sweater will actually be shipped. Multiple IG posts, are showing this is a very common problem. I have never been more disappointed in a purchase, company or customer service. I think it's time to contact my credit card for a charge back.
Awful quality, worse customer service
Received a sweater ($140) for Christmas, cool looking sweater, "designed in Canada" as it says on the tag (they aren't slick, we know what that means) and I was excited about it. Wore it a couple of times and washed it last week for the first time. The logo is now completely peeling off and coming apart. My girlfriend emailed support to get it resolved and didn't hear back for 3 days (but was told if she sent a follow up email she would be moved to the back of the line? Insane policy to have when you just ignore every customer who reaches out), so I commented on one of their instagram posts something along the lines of "Terrible quality sweatshirts, logos peeling off and falling apart after a single wash" (the comment has since been deleted which seems to be pretty common for them). They dm'd me and said they would help sort it out, and told me my options were a replacement sweater or store credit. Considering the horrific quality of the sweater I got I wasn't looking for a replacement of the same junk, and I also didn't really want to get any more over priced poor quality clothing from them with the store credit so I requested a refund. I was told they don't offer refunds and that they couldn't help any further. I understand only offering store credit for returns of perfectly fine products, that's relatively common. However selling a $140 sweater that can't even survive a simple wash (followed washing instructions on the tag) and then refusing any kind of refund is malpractice. They continue to ignore and find excuses for any issue they have (just read any response of theirs to a google review), delete comments or tell people they will "sort it out in the DMs" and then do nothing for them. Horrible company with over priced awful quality clothing that somehow finds a way to have even worse customer service. Will not be purchasing from them again and would suggest everyone else find other actual Canadian made clothing.
I have been having awful trouble…
I have been having awful trouble getting a response from this company I bought shirts fur my son in law fir Xmas they were too small I’ve been emailing them since Boxing Day giving them the 6 days to reply or they out you to the bank of the queue ! And sent more emails and still not had a response I will never buy from them again this is ridiculous they were 45 pound so not cheap !!

I will start by saying this is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. So my girlfriend bought me a christmas present which was to big. So we called a store if we can do an exchange there because returns online are impossible they said no problem come down to the store they didn't tell us it was still the winter fest in the distillery district. So we drove 30min got there and realized we had to pay $15 each and $30 for parking we bit the bullet and went in they reordered the sweater only to get a email a few days later it's out of stock waited a week for a credit from peace collective i told my girlfriend to tell them that but because they never reply to there customers she said she didn't even wanna get into that cause will be waiting months for a refund or store credit. I Placed a new order on January 6th and still haven't gotten 1 update i emailed them and haven't heard back from them in over a week. I would never order from peace collective the most unprofessional bussiness I have ever dealt with. After reading these other reviews as well if I'd known sooner I would also have never ordered so this will definitely be my last order from them.
This is ridiculous
Company is a scam. I placed an order (preorder) on Black Friday and was told there was going to be a delay due to production, that was on Dec 17th. It’s been over a month and have not received my order or an update. I have emailed customer service on Jan 10th, asking for an update and it has been 6 business days, of course no update. I have sent another email today asking for an update. Such a terrible experience.
Garbage customer service
Garbage customer service, no idea if I will ever get the product that I ordered for Christmas and is still “unfulfilled “ as of January 20. When they did respond they sent me another customer’s information and then sent an auto-response bumping my email to the bottom of their customer service pile for following up five days later.
Basically they troll you with feel-good ads and pretty pictures and then steal your money.
I’ve heard their brick and mortar stores are okay but I won’t be bothering to patronize them after getting screwed over by the online store.

Horrible company. Worst customer service experience ever. Purchased a hoodie as a Christmas gift on December the 2nd, waited an entire month for them to even ship the product. I emailed them twice asking what was going on, and they told me twice through automated messages that will get back to me within 5-6 days (spoiler alert: they never got back to me). They also told me that if I keep emailing then my email ticket will get bumped down to the bottom in priority (scummy tactic they use to avoid multiple emails). The hoodie finally arrived an entire month after purchasing it (it wasn’t through Canada post, so the postal strike did not affect this order), and I wanted to return it because it showed up after Christmas. Their policy states that within 14 days of shipment you can return any non-final sale item for a full reimbursement. I went to return, and they are only offering me a credit balance on the account. Again, contacted them twice and now awaiting 5-6 days for a response (which I know will never come). Now in contact with credit card company to receive a charge back. Overall, horrible experience. Would never wish for anyone to have to deal with this company’s customer service.
