60 days and still no product
My brother ordered me a shirt from this website on December 19th, hoping to get it in time for Christmas. It didn't make it, but I didn't mind as my birthday is in January. My birthday came and it still wasn't here. So, I had my brother check the status. The shirt hadn't even shipped yet. I reached out to the company. They claimed they were waiting on materials to make the shirt. I couldn't even get them to give me an expected shipping date. As of writing this, it has been 60 days and the shirt has not even BEEN MADE.
DO NOT ORDER
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their website promises 2â13 day shipping. I ordered on November 14 and over a month later it still hadnât shipped. No real updates, just generic automated replies after nearly 10 emails. They deleted my Instagram comments and even removed my review instead of addressing the issue. Conveniently, the order only shipped after I disputed the charge with my bank.
When I finally received the item, the quality was terrible and it was clearly the wrong size from what I ordered. On top of that, they charge extra for âpackage insurance,â yet state that if your package is lost in transit, itâs not their responsibility. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable. I will never order from them again, and I strongly recommend others read reviews carefully before purchasing.

This company is a ridiculous scam and will try anything to seem different. I ordered from them because I am also a Psychologist and initially their messaging towards mental health promotion was nice to see. My experience has been completely different and this company scams their customers. Please do not order from them

I had purchased a Christmas gift for my bro in law and it was too small. I was able to exchange no problem. When the order seemed to be delayed I inquired and got a quick informative response.

I placed 2 orders . Both heavy weight Canada Hockey Tâs. One on demand and one in stock . One to be delivered to me here in the UK ( came with Spring Courier - very badly reviewed but once here was with Royal Mail UK post and all went well ) and one to my Ontario Canada address with Canada Post . Was shocked and terrified of the reviews on here I found after ordering . So I bought the package protection . Never heard of such a thing as companies, even eBay usually just have that as part of basic customer service . Anyway, I canât fault these guys. Communication was fast and useful and product quality seems good ( have not washed them yet but I wash cold and line dry so what could go wrong ? ) and delivery time was as stated in order confirmation / website . No complaints what so ever. Postage to UK was oddly âfreeâ . So was actually cheaper to send it to UK then to Canada . Was a very good all around experience. Shocked and confused now with all the horrible reviews . Maybe they should just use another courier? But everything was A ok for me ! Oh and their size charts for these tâs are bang on accurate . I usually wear XL for a baggy fit but I could see on the size chart their L is basically like a normal XL or even a bit wider - 25â chest . So I ordered all Lâs and they fit great - nice and baggy . My only quibble would be to drop the package protection and use trusted couriers so PC can cover that like any other company would . Not nice feeling scared into buying something I shouldnât need .
1/4 zip shirt is a favourite
My daughter would like one of their beautiful 1/4 zip shirts. The agent helped me make my order with more confidence that I was getting the size right. I canât wait to give her this shirt. It is the perfect weight, very comfortable and looks great! I have two of the same shirt, Blue Jays and Buffalo Bills, and love them.
Six weeks not 15 days
What went wrong? Everything! I made a purchase the last week of November for my nieces who was trying a t-shirt for their father for Christmas. When I placed the order it said that it would take 10-15 days to receive the order. Cool...they'll get it for Christmas. As Christmas neared, I still didn't receive the t-shirt. Peace Collective did send an email stating the product may not arrive before Christmas but "In the unfortunate event that your order doesnât arrive before Christmas, weâve included a downloadable Holiday Card here that you can gift to that special someone".
As of January 5, 2026, the t-shirt remained undelivered. Throughout this period, I made multiple attempts to contact Peace Collective for updates, often experiencing significant delays in response time. Probably because so many people were trying to find out where their purchased items were as well.
Finally, the t-shirt was delivered on January 16th, approximately six weeks after the initial purchase date.
While I am generally inclined to support Canadian businesses, my experience with Peace Collective has been exceptionally disappointing. The lack of transparency regarding shipping issues was particularly concerning, especially given the continuous stream of marketing emails I received during this time.
Consequently, I will refrain from making any future purchases from Peace Collective and will advise others to consider alternative vendors.
Terrible quality and experience
Trying to get an item of quality feels like winning the lottery. The customer service is terrible, There are no returns and exchanges havenât been worth the effort because they send an item that is even worse than the first one. Be warned!
Delivery Stolen
Delivery Stolen - Zero Response from Peace Collective.
Twice bitten - Iâm such a chump. I bought a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas present online during their Black Friday sale, I knew from ordering online before that this would most likely be delivered after the holidays - their delays are unparalleled and I did get their canned emails of delays during the process but I wanted to Buy Canadian.
When I was out of town at the end of December (19th I believe) I got the notification that the package was in fact out for delivery. Sometime late in the evening of the 19th I got the delivered notification from their logistics company.
I figured they knocked on the door when the dropped the package (because it was later in the evening) and thought nothing of it. My daughter was at the house at the time while I was away.
The next morning I read the delivered email and I see that Peace Collectiveâs logistics company sent a photo of the delivery along with a âwe couldnât find your houseâ message. The photo showed my package thrown at the bottom step of my neighbourâs house - it wasnât even placed at their door.
I scramble to text my neighbour because, as we all know around the holidays, porch theft is high and yep - itâs been snatched.
I submit a stolen package alert with the delivery company and their delivery person had ZERO problems finding my house in the morning when they came back to see if we found the stolen package. They even sent me Google Maps clearly showing where my home is to say again âthey couldnât find itâ whilst their delivery person showed back up. Comical.
After they realized their laziness caused the theft I get the âyou need to take this up with Peace Collective. Figured as much.
Iâve sent every transcript to P/C and have I received any response? Not one.
You took my money, your logistics people didnât do their job, and now I have to chase you for resolution? Of course I do because P/C paints a picture of being a socially conscious company but I think they spend too much time on their social media accounts than they do actually serving customers.
No more online purchases for sure and moving forward no in store purchases either. Thatâs fine with P/C they clearly donât care. I want to shop Canadian, just not here.
Whereâs my order?
Dear peace collective- just be transparent about delays and respond. Itâs semi fraudulent of you to take payment and then not provide the product. I think youâll find more customers would be more understanding if you just were up front and responsive to customer inquiries.
UPDATE: Managed to get through to customer service and request a refund / cancellation. Product was still not in production.
What a SCAM
What a SCAM! Ordered Dec 9th; they sent a shipping notice on December 13th for their mandatory $5 protection fee. Then another notice for the last-mile tracking courier, Dragonfly, which justified processing the payment. Almost a month later, no product, no updates, despite repeated emails requesting information about the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Worst Customer Service Iâve ever experienced
I think itâs funny that this company only responds to positive reviews and ignores all the bad ones. Not surprising considering how bad their online customer support is. I purchased a Christmas present for my niece on November 25th and I still havenât even received a shipping confirmation. They did answer one of my over half dozen emails and said the sweater would be printed and shipped the week of December 7th, that clearly hasnât happened and they have been radio silent with me over email for the last few weeks. At this point I have no idea when/if Iâll get the sweater and my niece is still without her Christmas present. I have now filed a charge dispute with my credit card company to get my payment reversed. I know this company donates some of their profits to charity (starting to wonder if we should be asking for the receipts on those donations) but do yourself a favour, buy a cheaper sweater somewhere else and donate the money you save directly to a charity of your choosing
Dishonest and unhelpful company
Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from Peace Collective, as I had an awful experience. I ordered a Christmas present for a family member on 23 November, and was given an expected shipping date of 1 December, so I thought that would give enough time to receive the item by Christmas. Unfortunately, 8th December arrived and it still hadn't shipped, so I contacted Customer Service to see what was going on. They said they were experiencing issues with the manufacturer (but obviously didn't think they should bother to communicate this to paying customers) and that shipping was delayed as a result. They said that my item was now expected to ship early on in the week commencing 12th December. Surprise surprise, that week came and went and the shipping never happened. Apparently my item was finally shipped on 23 December but it hasn't arrived yet (5 January), so the whole thing has been a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. I had to purchase a replacement gift for my family member as a result, and because Peace Collective kindly ignored my cancellation/refund request that I sent them back before the item shipped, I now have a gift on the way that I don't need. Avoid this company - absolutely rubbish.
NEVER AGAIN!
Placed an order November 23 for over $300 worth of product - clearly it was for Christmas. Items arrived after Christmas and I am still waiting on one piece as of January 4. Despite repeated attempts to reach out and get some kind of accountability from the company - nothing. They do respond only through email and only with auto response type help. Despite marketing themselves as an amazing company who cares about people and mental health â they do neither.

I echo what a lot of people have written here - I ordered 3 items Mid-November and 2 items arrived 1 day before Christmas. I am still waiting for the 3rd item in 2026 and when I have sent an email, the response was âif you reply to your original message before we respond, it resets your place in our queue and can delay our reply. To avoid this, please hold off on sending additional messages unless you need to share new information.â What new information do I need to send aside from Where is my order?!?! There is no phone number to call and itâs not like their merchandise is cheap, otherwise Iâd say keep my money!
I ended up returning one of the t-shirts that was meant to be as a gift because the sizing was off. Online I could only get a store credit (NO thank you) so I ended up going to the Union Station store and returned my item there.
I know I will not be purchasing from them again and would not recommend this to anyone.
