I would literally give them a zero if I could. Ordered a sweater on Dec. 6th. Has not shipped as of Dec. 31st. Asked to cancel my order and for a refund with no reply. This company is a scam. They delete negative comments on their social media. I wish I wouldâve done my due diligence and searched reviews.

Absolute garbage. Ordered Nov 25 and didn't receive until Dec 27. They kept saying it still needed to be made so essentially they wait until they can do a run then make them. And the quality isn't worth $25 let alone $100. Teams should not be affiliated with this company at all.

What a joke this company is. I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order. They are all very similar to my experience. I ordered a shirt from them and emailed about it. The only reason I got a response is because I contacted their NY store who can slack their customer service line immediately. If you are unhappy inundate the stores with phone calls until the company takes customer service seriously. I don't know if I will ever get this shirt but I hope folks read this and don't make the same mistake. If this company continues to handle business like this they will go under in no time. I think working with my bank is the only way I am going to see this $80.

Made a purchase from the #AJBrown Collab with @peacecollective back in October. They never shipped it so I filed a complaint with my bank and sent about 25 emails to @peacecollective asking them to refund my purchase. I keep getting the run around while they hold onto my money. Shut it down! This Canadian company should not have an online store. I ordered on Nov 20th and I just received it today, Dec 28th LOL!!!!! What a joke! Itâs a simple tshirt which took over a month to ship. I actually canât help but laugh. I think Temu and Shein has better quality items. I held up the shirt and I could actually see through it. I never do reviews but I feel like I had to do a due diligence to consumers. I am begging you do not order from this company. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for someone and I had to end up buying them something else and ended up spending more. They should not have partnerships with big brands. They have everyone fooled by having an excellent advertising and marketing team, but Iâm pretty sure itâs the same person who put the print on the tshirt and packaged and labelled and shipped it out hahaha! Probably drove it himself across Canada to deliver to my house since it took over a month. Itâs a possibility.
Won't give your money back for returns
This is genuinely the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a company - ordered something and my bf already let me know he ordered a similar one from here so I tried to cancel right away but they said I couldnt, so I waited the very long month to receive the item, got it back and instantly returned it, got a notif it was received and now its been almost 3 full months since purchase date and I still haven't received a refund (it says 10-14 business days and it's been WAY longer) - they dont reply to any of my emails. Sadly this company has lost all my business after buying many things in the past.

I would love to give them a zero..I ordered 1 sweat shirt, Nov 19/25 with a delivery of Nov 30, then Dec 8, then Dec 15. Today is Dec 24 and still no sweat shirt. I wonder if I will ever receive it.
The company added a $5.00 fee for delivery insurance, what a scam. They indicate they donate meals from every item bought, but truthfully, we, the consumer pay for those meals. This company needs to be investigated!

If I could give zero stars, Iâd give negative. Peace Collective should rename themselves âChaos Collective.â I ordered in November, was promised shipping by Dec 15, and then, surprise, on Dec 15 they emailed to say, âActually, itâll ship between Dec 15 and Dec 21.â As a consolation prize, they sent me a printable card to give the recipient because nothing says âholiday magicâ like handing someone a piece of paper that says, âYour real gift is stuck in limbo.â
Customer service? Email-only. And hereâs the kicker: if you reply to their email, you get bumped to the back of the queue. So basically, silence is golden, unless you want to start over every time. Fast forward: more delays, no explanation, and then the grand finale, they waited until Christmas Eve to announce the warehouse is closed, so now my gift ships Dec 27 at the earliest.
Thanks for turning my holiday gift into a DIY arts-and-crafts project and a masterclass in poor communication. Never again.

This is the worst company Iâve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are scammers plain and simple. They are the most un-Canadian company to ever exist. They rely on scamming customers out of their money months before their orders to buy more collabs and buy more clout in order to get more people buying their fake clothes that they donât even EVER have in stock. Almost nothing on this website actually exists and even though it is advertised as âin stockâ and will âship in 4-5 business daysâ they DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THESE ITEMS IN STOCK and will take 2+ months to âmake the itemâ before shipping to you, which is mentioned absolutely NOWHERE on the site. The customer service department is nonexistent or just AI robots, they will send you generic answers or tell you lies about how your order will ship tomorrow or next week and they canât cancel it or to not cancel it as it will âfor sure come for Christmasâ. I ordered my sweater in November and thereâs been absolutely 0 update or movement on it being made or shipped. Iâm being ignored by customer service. Iâm being lied to when they do answer. And now theyâve completely busted my Christmas gifts for multiple people. The only compensation offered for being so late before they started completely ignoring me was a poorly AI made/generated Christmas card⊠For a gift that is going to be late for Christmas⊠I am not sure if this company is completely useless, ignorant, poorly run, has terrible management/ownership, and has extremely horrible supply chain and order fulfillment issues. Or if they are doing this on purpose and are just nefarious scammers. Because honestly the ignorance is so astounding that it has to be on purpose. Horrible service
I ordered a Christmas gift from Peace Collective on November 21st. The confirmation email stated the item would ship the week of November 30th, which never happened. I reached out to customer service asking if the order would ship soon and whether it would arrive before Christmas. I also requested a full refund if it wouldnât, so I could purchase a replacement gift elsewhere. I received no response.
About a week later, instead of answering my email, they sent an update saying the item would now ship between December 8thâ12th. Once again, this never happened. I emailed them again asking if I would receive the item in time and requested a refund if not. Still no response.
At this point, I called both store locations, which took time and effort just to get through. The person I spoke to said he couldnât help much and would simply âflagâ my request for customer service. I followed up with two more emails explaining the situation and requesting a refund, and I still havenât received any reply.
This company is absolutely horrible. The lack of customer service and communication is unacceptable. They provide shipping timelines they clearly donât follow, ignore customer emails, and offer no real support when issues arise. Considering the item I purchased was not cheap, this level of service is incredibly disappointing.
I would never recommend Peace Collective to anyone. I will never purchase from them again, and at this point I would just like a response and my money back.
Long time customer, no longer
I've been buying Peace Collective clothing for many years and my wife & I wear quite a bit of their clothes. After my last purchase I'll never shop there again.
Ordered two items for Christmas gifts in November. Wanted to ensure there was plenty of time for delivery, even with the time given to make one of the shirts.
Delivery time comes and goes with no word from the company. I email last week asking for an update and get this blanket email saying they need 5 days to respond to all email inquiries. So I wait. Still nothing. I try calling the number on their website but no answer (not even sure if this goes to a plugged in phone).
A couple of days ago I get a separate email claiming there is a delay with one of the items still, despite already being well past their own projected time, and it may not be ready until December 21st. I reply and say this is not acceptable, they should have notified me about the delay over a week ago when it was supposed to ship, and to please send the one item that has been ready ASAP so at least that gift had a chance of arriving.
Nothing. No response, no options to help. Just "hey fam, hope you're doing well. Sorry it's delayed but deal with it".
This is the last order I'll ever put through this company.

Website says the items will ship within 10-15 days, but after over a month, still no updates. When you ask them to cancel the order you get a generic email saying they only cancel orders within a 24 hour period. They take 5 days to reply to your emailâŠ

Worst experience
Worst experience! I ordered a tee 7 weeks ago. Iâve tried contacting them to get a refund because at this point the tee is no longer needed. The response is an auto response and itâs impossible to get through to a human to deal with an issue. $77 for a tee is obscene to begin with but based on the cause we were all in to support themâŠ.just a response for a 13 year old who used her own money would be nice. Definitely do not recommend or proceed with caution that youâll be treated poorly!
