100% Avoid - Quality, Care, & Respect Gone
I've purchased from Peace Collective for years, and have had inconsistencies throughout that time. Unfortunately now along with massive product quality discrepancies, their customer support is stretched so thin they can provide nothing resembling actual support. I can absolutely no longer recommend them in any capacity or support what they are doing. I should have donated $70 instead of continuing to spend my money with them. I find it hard to believe they even follow through on their community commitments they appear to care so little for their actual product quality, product or service consistency, let alone their customers. My order shipped late, arrived late, was two sizes larger than the last item I purchased of the exact same description, and I was given nothing but the run around for over a month attempting to get support. Really lazy business practice. You are worth more than they will give you.

I ordered a Blue Jays sweater on August 3rd, 2025. It is now October 21, 2025 and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I've been contacting them, and they have no idea when I'm gonna get my order... I can only wish I'll receive it before the Jays' season is over. What a rip off... So disappointing!
Terrible quality, insanely long delivery, and even worse customer service
I ordered a sweatsuit, and even though the website said 14 day delivery, it took 47 days. When I reached out to customer service, they were anything but helpful and honestly just rude. They refused to refund me and cancel my order. When I finally got the sweater (the pants didnât even come) it was terrible quality. The waist band and arm bands were super stretched out and when I measured the sweater it was 2 sizes off from their size chart. Again, customer service didnât care about this. I just washed the sweater and it shrunk the most amount Iâve ever seen a garment shrink and I washed on cold and tumble dried on light then air dried for the remainder. TERRIBLE QUALITY, INSANELY LONG DELIVERY, AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered an NFL hoodie on September 4 and was told it would ship the week of September 15. Every week since then, Iâve reached out for updates and received the same copy-and-paste response saying it would be shipped âexpedited within 7 days.â Itâs now October 15, and I still have no shipping update or tracking information.
At this point, I donât even want the item anymore. Waiting over six weeks for something that was promised to ship in mid-September is completely unacceptableâespecially when the company isnât honest or upfront about delays.
Iâve filed a dispute with my credit card company because the order was never fulfilled and they refuse to cancel and refund. Extremely disappointed with this experience and wouldnât recommend ordering from this company based on the lack of communication and reliability.

Complete scam this company, yet they still seem to be releasing new collections.
Ordered well over a month ago and had no updates on shipping, and did not even receive an email confirmation of my order. When I finally went on the online chat and chased the order up I got an AI response saying it is yet to be produced. There is no option on the website to claim a refund so I have had to file a claim via my bank to get my money back.
Wish id read the reviews on here before ordering. Surely only a matter of time until this company is gone.

I ordered items on September 5th, 2025 with the hope the items would be shipped in the advertised 10-15 days as I had tickets to go see the Bills play in Buffalo this past Sunday (October 5th, 2025). I made a purchase for other parties who were hopeful to have these items for the game and were greatly disappointed. Itâs been an entire month now and we still havenât received any items, the company has left us in the dark with no response as to when or if the products are still coming.
As someone who works in retail, this is extremely poor customer service. Donât advertise delivery dates if you cannot fulfill them in a timely fashion. 10 days has turned into well over 30 with no update.
Nobody wants to pay hundreds of dollars and receive nothing in return. The products look like quality but unfortunately most likely will not return and will cancel my orders.

How is this place still open. I ordered 2 shirts and after a month they gave me a notice it's a special made by order and it might take a while. After 2 months, no communication and ghosted my complaints. It wasn't until I reported a fraudulent transaction through my visa did they reply back saying they were willing to expedite my order or refund me finally.

I am deeply upset at the lack of communication and lies. The company sent an email saying they upgraded my shipping to express and I should receive a tracking order in 7 business days. That was sent on September 19..

Disappointing Experience- Would Not Order Thru Them Again
October 8th update - be warned that Peace Collective will reply to all of the terrible reviews through Trust Pilot but none of the emails sent to their customer service team. After sending daily emails, I finally went thru the orders portal and requested a refund. I did receive an email back (no apologies or acknowledgment of their delays), saying I would get a refund confirmation shortly. Almost a week later I still donât have that email or have the charges showed up on my card. And to add insult to injuryâŠ.after the promised refund email, the next email was telling me my order was on its way.

Similar to what Iâm reading in these reviews, the shipping time is extremely long (Iâm in Toronto) and the customer service is non-existent. Iâve been supporting and buying from Peace Collective since they started and itâs always been a great experience, until now. I ordered two shirts a month ago and cannot get a hold of an actual person for the life of me. The only email I received was a canned response that my shipment was delayed, though no indication of when it would arrive. Iâve requested a refund, though based on these reviews Iâm not holding my breath. Itâs a shame as I loved this company and all they do, but this experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth. Either they need to expand their customer service team or figure out whatâs happening with production. Clearly theyâre losing a lot of customers, though from the replies Iâm seeing to these reviews - they donât seem to be resolving the issues.

The worst customer service. Their products are way too expensive and yet they still canât ship it after a full month of ordering. Thereâs absolutely zero reason for that Iâm in Canada Iâve never experienced such shipping delays for something thatâs coming from across the world much less my own country.

Purchased an item for my daughter on August 4. The item never actually shipped. I contacted the company several times to be told the same thing over and over again, that the item was being prepared and would be shipping as soon as possible. At one point they kept telling me that it would ship in seven business days and then it never shipped. So I would contact them again and receive the same information. To date, today is September 24, the item is still just confirmed and has not shipped. I contacted the company a week and a half ago asking them to issue a refund and they never responded to my email or issued the refund. At this point I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I am writing this review so that everyone is aware of how they run their business.

I have shopped at the Distillery location and generally like the products but I WISHED I READ THE REVIEWS of the many here who ordered online and are still waiting on their orders to arrive.
I ordered back mid-August and am still waiting for Peace Collective to send me a status of âshippedâ. Iâve emailed support and got the âitâs part of our âon demandâ program (ON DEMAND ð) and is taking longer to ship. It was slated to go out last week but we now estimate it will ship in the next 7 daysâ
This timeline has lapsed and honestly if I didnât do any follow up no one there would be on top of this. Please donât feed me your canned response of how you should be operating in these situations and just be better.

The most disappointing experience ever
FINAL FINAL UPDATE (Oct 1): After I posted what I assumed would be my final update, they edited their reply to indicate theyâve tried to reach out to me multiple times when indeed they have not. For the record, I have checked my spam inbox and also there were no further replies to the email thread. Disappointing they would try to cover their lack of communication by lying.
FINAL UPDATE (Oct 1): So on September 26th, they replied to my Trustpilot review and claimed that I would be hearing shortly back from the Customer Service team.. not surprisingly I did not. So on October 1st, I took matters into my own hands and took the defective garment to their Union Station store to ask for a refund. They offered me either a full refund or a store credit + $15. Given this ordeal, I requested for a full refund. I was lucky to live close to a store but I recognize that it may not be so convenient for others. I got my refund but honestly there were no apologies nor was the customer service anything to write home about when I went to their store. I was really hoping this order would be the first of many online orders but I won't be supporting them anymore.
UPDATE (Sept 25): I finally received a response 4 days later.. they completely dodged my request for a refund and offered a replacement or store credit instead, which is laughable considering my experience with them this summer. This whole ordeal has been completely disappointing, which is a shame because I genuinely love their clothing!

Honestly, this has been one of the worst shopping experiences Iâve ever had. For context, Iâve supported Peace Collective over the years at their brick and mortar store.
I placed an order for a couple of shirts on July 2. The ETA then was July 14th. After multiple delays, I amended the order on August 1 to include a Blue Jays tank and was told Iâd receive it in another 10â14 business days. Fast forward to mid-September, I couldnât wait anymore and cancelled half of my order. The other half of my order finally arrived today and I opened the package only to find a completely blank blue tank. No logo. Nothing.
So not only did I have to cancel half the order just to get any kind of update, I waited over two months and still didnât get what I paid for.
Iâve asked for a full refund at this point. Would not recommend ordering unless you enjoy wasting your time.
