Thank you for your review. Due to the Royal Mail strikes, deliveries have been delayed which is unfortunately out of our hands and is currently affecting all retailers. Very unhappy with this company
Very unhappy with this company , I ordered two beakers for my then 1.5 yr old in October 2021 , now my child is out of the beaker stage being over two yrs old now nearly 3 I receive my order end of July 2022!!! It isn’t good enough even for the smallest of companies!

As a small business we rely on our manufacturers to deliver stock to us promptly, sometimes this is delayed as larger businesses gain priority over us, as well as containers coming over from the far east are being continuously delayed which changes the expected delivery dates. There is only so much we can do in these situations other than keep our wonderful customers, like you, updated throughout, while also offering a full refund if you change your mind. Our team are working hard to ensure that all orders are dispatched as soon as possible, however, sometimes this can become more difficult due to delays in deliveries which are out of our hands.

Do not order from this site
If I could rate no stars I would at this point.
I made a order on the 07/05/2022. Bike, scooter and helmet so over £100.
Confirmation order received and paid same day. Happy days my nephews birthday is in august so am prepared happy presents sorted.
Cut to 28/07/2022 ( 2 months 3 weeks ) later am still yet to receive that order.
Email update - due to covid it’s taken ‘ a little longer ‘ than normal to receive stock
I’ve accepted this I know times are hard with covid etc etc but nearly 3 months !! Your taking the Michael if you think that’s acceptable at this point.
Why are you advertising stock you clearly cannot get ? This isn’t covid related at all because the same scooter I ordered was in stock in Smyths I didn’t get it because of my ‘ just a little longer ‘ email and trust that my order would be sorted.
My nephews birthday is next week and still no order.
Do not order for this website they’re advertising stuff they do not have and their customer service seem to think it’s okay to leave a customer near 3 months down the line with no order

Great little company
Great little company. So glad I found it as the items I bought were triple the price elsewhere. I ordered knowing it was a pre order which was delayed further. I was kept up to date throughout until my items arrived at the door. Lovely little business with great communication unlike all the bigger retailers. I’ll be back

Arrived quickly, but useless...
It arrived quickly but was pretty useless. The hole was too small to get around my 3 week olds neck and it was too thick to fit between her chest and chin anyway. Sadly it's going straight to the charity shop..

Item broken. Customer service poor.
Travel cot- Item broken when received. Unable to put cot together as one of the sides wouldn’t click in to place…. needed it urgently as my granddaughter was staying four days later. I requested a replacement to be sent and advised them I would return the broken one straight away but needed a replacement urgently. Received an email back the next day requesting photos which I couldn’t send as was not at home. Was told they could replace with a different item ( no good as needed to be a specific size to fit the mattress I had!) but only once they had received photos- advised it would just be a photo of a side of a cot not up properly and you wouldn’t be able to tell what was broken as the material is stitched close and covers the mechanics!
Would not have had time to receive a replacement by this point! Managed to secure the cot side up but this involved unstitching the material and fixing the catch that wasn’t working and then restitching!
This has obviously made it non returnable so it’s a one star for Pearl and Bear products and one star for their customer service!
