I originally placed an order for the Lara waist trainer, but received an email from Sophie, the owner of the brand, letting me know it was unfortunately out of stock. She offered to upgrade me to the Alana in my size at no additional cost, even though it’s worth R300 more than my original order. 🥹

My trainer arrived today, and I couldn’t be happier! The quality is incredible, it’s beautifully made, and I love the thoughtful details like the mesh panels and the gold zipper—it feels so premium.

The customer service from Sophie and her team has been exceptional from start to finish. It’s rare to experience this level of care, generosity, and professionalism. 20/10 for both the product and the service.

I ordered and paid for the wrong body suit. Panicked, I messaged Pear Shapewear to see if I could swap the order - this was on a weekend night. The company promptly replied to me, reassuring me that it would be sorted out and also assisting me with the correct sizing. Customer service at this phenomenal company goes beyond the norm. I can’t rate them highly enough! Thank you!

I recently ordered a bra from Pear Shapewear, but when I received it, realised I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted them to return the item and got a swift response from Customer Care, offering me an exchange or refund. I opted to exchange the bra for the Hannah high-waste mid-thigh shorts and I LOVE it! It fits really soft and light but still tucks in where it needs to. I will definitely shop at Pear Shapewear again. The products are amazing and the service is fantastic. Huge thanks to the Pear Shapewear team!
