I purchased the Pro Race cut jersey in lime green - which is an awesome looking jersey. Unfortunately, when I tried it on, it just wasn't for me - the cut was too "aero" for my frame and so I initiated a return. I made enquiries to their customer service team about the process, and the best jersey fit for me. I encountered Paolo who has been nothing short of incredible. He was responsive, truly caring and followed through on his service commitments. It's not often I am blown away by service in a positive way, but he/Pedal Mafia managed to. Absolutely brilliant service!

Blaming the client for their bad quality on custom pieces. The bibs are falling apart and they only have 3 months, their replay was its a sublimation process. Hey, Pedal Mafia don't use excuses. My many other bibs have sublimation as a process and have not fallen apart in years. Their email reply was literally to blame the team for their bad quality. Zero professionalism or concern for the client. Never again. Stay away.

Already ordered several times from here and I absolutely love the designs and the clothing quality. The styles are quite unique and not something you see very often in Germany, which makes the brand even more special.
I had some issues with the shipping in the past, but the customer service was very friendly and helpful. I received a refund as well as a replacement jersey without any additional costs. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely order again.

Items were measured but sizing chart is not quite accurate and I chose to return for an exchange as a small was slightly too tight. Items were available online but it appears though at source not in stock.. I attempted a return to the US which was through a respected courier. Items were held at US customs and Pedal Mafia did not resolve or manage this. I checked with my courier and it was up to them to resolve and there is no reason for tax or duties on a clearly marked return. Items were returned eventually and customer service and experience is truly shambolic. Still not heard from PM - don't bother ordering!

I had a manufacturing issue with a jersey and contacted customer support. Josh helped me throughout the process and was fantastic to deal with. I received a response within hours, and the case was fully resolved within just a few days. They are now sending me a new jersey free of charge.

In my opinion, this was truly great customer service. Josh was very responsive, eager to help, and handled everything in a very customer-centric way. Really impressed with how smoothly and professionally this was resolved.

Terrible customer service they never shipped my item. I had to cancel my order. Very unfortunate. I would not order from this company ever.

I suspect Pedal Mafia have improved on their customer service. I read some poor reviews in the past but I have had excellent customer service from them. I ordered a Men's Pro Delta Long Sleeve Jersey. It is one of the best fitting jerseys I have ever had. It is very well made and the dimpled surface seems to be very aero.

DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. They sent me the wrong damn kit.

Great products - Just wish they would open a store in Victoria so I can try them on.

I have over 15 products from Pedal Mafia and over the years the quality has dropped significantly to the point where I CANNOT recommend cycling clothing from this company. Terrible quality. The new bibs fell apart after a few uses and the customer service was condescending, unhelpful and blamed me for not caring for the bibs properly which is incorrect as I have many bibs and always cold gentle wash and hang dry. I will not be buying from them again.

I am not sure if I’ve spoken to a single person or different people in the “customer service” team since they never gave a name. Whoever they are, it is a pathetic excuse for any team that is supposed to provide customer support. I was sent an item that was not as advertised - for context, it was advertised as having a zip pocket, but the item I received didn’t have one. The rep tried to suggest that I had cut off the zip pocket. I asked repeatedly for an exchange, for an item that did have the zip pocket, and when they finally provided the return label, they just processed a refund instead - with stock of the exchange still available! When I followed up to question this, they simply said “sorry we missed it… we are not able to send an exchange”. Absolutely zero help, completely ignores the request on multiple occasions. Will never buy from this brand again, and will definitely be sharing this experience with all my cycling groups. What a poor excuse of a brand.

Pedal mafia has great products that are reliable and comfortable and of course good looking

Pedal Mafia has amazing kit. I have only been using it for a the past couple months but it is by far my favourite kit to race in. It is super comfortable and durable!

Kits are GREAT!! super comfortable and fits great. The skin suit feels fast and looks it too. Long lasting and the pockets are super easy to access. I find other brands almost require you to dislocate a shoulder to get your snacks out.

Very nice and comfy cycling kit, recommend!

My experience with Pedal Mafia has only ever been excellent. Customer service has always been attentive to my needs and have delivered beyond what I’d expect.

My kit fits neatly and remains in great nick after hundreds of hours of use. The winter gear handled cold European conditions too.
