I ordered a Jersey and Socks on the US site of pedal mafia. so far I have no complaints. The (free) delivery from the US to Switzerland was faster than stated (about 5 days). Important to know is that the cut is sportive. Means long sleeve and short at waist. Me personally love that style Finding the right size for cycling clothing is always tricky. For me the guide on the site worked. Mine is fitting, so I cant say anything about customer service. Quality looks good so far, nice look and details for the price.

Yeah poor website and not able to return anything on their portal.
Sizes are not accurate even when you use Thier recommended instructions on the site.

I ordered on line two jerseys for Christmas for my son. the site said only small and extra small were in stock and were on sale. as my son takes a small, I ordered them, received them without looking in their original packets and wrapped for Christmas. When he opened them they were both large (which the site had said were unavailable). I kept the jerseys and set about returning them to get the right size. BUT you cannot ring Pedal Mafia, only email. The site says it refuses to take sale items for exchange. I have sent two emails, including the screen shot of the site as I saw it when ordering, and done an online request. THERE HAS BEEN NO REPLY after two weeks. They might make good products, but fail to rectify mistakes. I now have two large lime green jerseys and no response from the company.

I'm having to try and get a refund through my CC as the incompetence of the CS rep Elijah. I must be 40 emails in back and forth since last October. You ask two questions, you get an answer to one. You get the absolute minimum of a response. "I'm looking into it". If they dare respond I'll post the whole chain of emails so you can see what you'd be dealing with.

100% stay away.

The good reviews on here are *clearly* faked. 4 on the same day all gushing 5 star reviews. Ignore them and read the real ones.

If they can't handle the volume of business hire more people or shut down the site.

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I was looking for a pair a cycling shoes that were out of stock at my regular online bike shop, but Pedal Mafia still had them in my size. I was going to order them for Christmas and needed to head into Perth soon so I sent a text asking if they were in store. I didn't get a reply, BAD customer service and I should have known better to go ahead. But then Pedal Mafia had a Black Friday discount on them so I jumped in and ordered. Only to be sent an email the next day to notify me that they didn't have the shoes in stock. More BAD customer service. I am extremely disappointed, because now I need to go searching for shoes, and I was going to get these for Christmas. Nice Christmas present Pedal Mafia. Hope you have n bad a Christmas, think of me when you're having your party and opening your presents!

I also think they fake their own reviews! Right now there are 16 reviews, 9 terrible (8x 1*, 1x 2*). Of the 5 reviews with 5*, 4 of them were written on the same day and they all sound fake.

Warning if you order online your order bounces from Australia to US back and fourth. Now in US bouncing all over So CA. I am not the only one. This is a joke I have given up on receiving my order.Its almost a month now.

This cycling kit has changed my life.
The first week of wearing my new bibs+jersey I got a promotion at work, got a smoking hot new girlfriend and my FTP increased by 40+ watts.
Highly reccomend this kit.

I made a recent purchase and waited patiently for updates on shipping, only to find myself in the dark even after 10 days. After reaching out via email, it took an additional 5 days to receive a response, totaling a frustrating 15 days post-order. To compound matters, I learned that one of the items I ordered wasn't even in stock. While the option to choose another item or receive a refund was offered, the delay was already too extensive for my liking, especially since the out-of-stock item was the one I was most eager to receive. I opted for a full refund, appreciating the promptness with which it was processed. However, the overall experience left much to be desired in terms of customer service. Waiting that long for any sort of communication regarding my order, coupled with what felt like a lack of concern for my disappointment, falls short of satisfactory standards. Hence, I can only rate this experience with two stars.
After that, I made a purchase with another brand and received the items in 2 days.

My husband and I recently ordered some PMCC knicks. My husband has worn his and is very happy with them, however I found they weren't quiet what I was looking for. PM were more than happy for me to return them and give me a refund, however my preference was to try a different model (from their Core range). I have since received these knick and love them and they are definitely my first choice for longer rides as they are so comfortable.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered.

The courier lost the package, far enough this things happen, However PM didn't honour commitments to chase the courier, Only did something when I chased. Requested a refund but still nothing after three weeks. Another two emails to get a response for them to tell me it was at the drop-off point. A check with Tracking number tells me it wasn't and also no collection code.

Pretty awful customer service.

Good luck returning or exchanging anything.

I tried to return a shirt because it was too large and they refused to accept the return without giving me any reason. I wore the shirt for about 15-30 minutes and realized it was too big so I put it back in the original package along with the original tags and went through their clumsy return policy. I sent the item back to the company within 48 hours.

10 days Later I received curt email saying they were refusing to return/exchange offering no explanation.

I was finally able to get a refund but only after I reported the transaction to my credit card company.

It’s a pity because I actually like some of their items but I would never shop with them again knowing that if I had to return or change an item it would be a massive hassle.

Item took a bit longer to arrive but quality is good.

Worst Experience Ever with PMCC
I bought products, closed my cart with the final payment, and got the package with a 33% upcharge. Called CS ( Plus the sizing was wrong ) , make me pay the return. Received a gift card, but had to pay freight and duty again.No empathy to solve my case from them. Never Pedal Mafia again!

Well they made an error but after finding out what had happened they stepped up and were gracious and sincere about the mix up. That speaks volumes about any company let alone online. These are nice people. Order with confidence. Thank you Jack.

I’m not the only person to experience customer service issues with this company.

They put lots of money into Facebook ads etc but don’t respond via email or Facebook when you attempt to reach out.

I made a £197GBP Order to then discover a £79 customs charge on top!

I’ve cancelled my order with my credit card company and am hoping they don’t subject me to the 30% restocking fee I managed to find post purchase in their T&Cs
