I immediately sent a request through rightmove to view a property to let as soon as it was advertised. I receoved no response. When I followed it up with a phone a couple of days later I was told that the open house for this property was full and that I couldn't attend. It is very frustrating as had they responded to my initial request to view I would have been able to see it. I am also a landlord myself and following this experience I would never, ever use this company!

Never thought a mortgage would be offered in A DAY, so simply and efficiently. Few years ago, one of my friend referred me to Peepal Mortgages (Hounslow branch) saying the team are very good to give advice and make the process of buying house very easy.

During my endeavour to buy a property, peepal mortgage was always there for me. They were very supportive, and helped me out on all the process/paperwork that needed to purchase my new house. Whenever, I needed them, they always used to respond with patience and lots of advices.

Also, they are good on giving advise and carryout the process for Insurance as well which helped me to financially secure my house. They give all sorts of options and explain pros and cons and helps make informed decisions too.

Special thanks to mortgages advisor, Mr surya gurung and Ms. Puspa Gurung of Honslow branch who dedicated and hardworking staff member. I hope to keep in touch with them when needed on future works.
