Die Leuchte wurde ohne Fuß geliefert, so ist die Artemide Stehleuchte nicht verwendbar , eine krasse Wettbewerbsverzerrung!!!Achtung mit Fuß vergleichen!!!

vielen Dank fÃŒr Ihre Nachricht.

Artemide bietet eine Auswahl von Befestigungsvarianten an, daher wird der Basis Fuß immer im Zubehör angeboten und muss dazu bestellt werden.
Dies steht auf unserer Website auch so vermerkt.

Worst customer service EVER. Avoid!

This company doesn’t annswer its phones. And they take upto 2 weeks to answer emails. They are abhorrent and if I knew they would be so bad to deal with I would never have ordered from them. And will never order from them again.

I ordered a £684 hanging light (North 5640 Wall Light Black) in March
 Trying to get answers from them as to when I would receive it was painstaking. I eventually received it 3rd week of May! But it’s missing the base of the light which includes the transformer so I can’t use it. And now I'm facing the arduous task of trying to speak to them again - its a daily dose of anxiety. Its been 8 days since I told them I have received the light with missing parts and no reply yet..

If I can’t resolve the issue in the next 14 days I will just ask American Express to handle it.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

If you can't provide basic customer service then either employ more staff or at least warn your customers during ordering that you have no customer service. Shame on you.

We are sorry for the late reply.
Due to temporary absence of a few colleagues, we have unfortunately been a bit behind in processing emails.
Meanwhile, we have given you an update on the status of the package which was held at customs.
We have asked the transport company to release the package as soon as possible to ensure you will receive a complete item soon.
We will also continue to follow up on the delivery.

Ordered a €1.200 light, nothing for a month....

Ordered a €1.200 light with a 1-2 week delivery date..... waited a month with ZERO status update. Made a cancellation today, cancellation confirmed after a few hours but again ZERO further communication, no reason given for the delay nor even an apology offered.

I would avoid ordering here, plenty of competitors that sell the same brands at identical prices.

We are very sorry to hear things did not go well with your order. A few weeks ago we upgraded our website completely as well as the back end of our webshop. As we try to make the impact on our customers as low as possible, there have been a few set backs in the communication of lead times of the orders. We worked hard (and are still working hard) to resolve all issues and to provide clear and transparant communication.
We apologize sincerely and we hope we can still service you in the future if you are in need of lighting solution or home interior products.

Ils ne répondent même plus à mes demandes de remboursement.

Une honte! J'aurais mis 0 étoile s'il y avait eu.

Kleine probleempjes. Kwaliteit is wel goed.

Website is traag.
Leveringen met UPS zijn altijd problematisch, als je de leveringsdatum aanpast via de UPS website, komen ze niet op de afgesproken dag leveren.
