Kiran was very professional, he was always very polite but not stiff, he was friendly. It felt like I was taking to a friend and he did an amazing job for me finding my friend and I can't thank him enough for his hard work

The next day she phoned me with the good news. it was only about 12 hours or less until she told me the good news. She also let me know what she was going to do.
