I hired Pell Software for a complex API integration project for my new BigCommerce store. I got quotes from other agencies, but Martin was by far the most responsive, engaged, and detailed in his approach.

As the scope expanded, Martin was transparent and realistic about the additional time/cost required. Martin and his team have strong communication skills, and they strive to make the project a pleasant experience for their clients.

I am currently on their schedule for another intricate data integration project, with full confidence in their ability to deliver another program that works smoothly.

Our firm came to Pell Software in need of internal integration between multiple applications that house and assess large amounts of data. Martin and his team were able to help automate and implement a process that ensured the data was transferred accurately, securely, and in a timely manner. We have since made several updates to the process and the Pell Software team has been very responsive and has helped ensure that the process is functioning as expected. They have been easy to work with, responsive, and an excellent resource to our firm.

We hired Pell Software to help us with a data automation process in PowerBI. Basically, we needed a report pulled from a website nightly and stored in an SQL database. From there we were able to connect with it PowerBI and get almost real time data. Pell Software was great to work with. Very timely, great communication, and very reasonably priced. We will use them again in the future.

I engaged Pell SW to take over a development effort with a lot of moving parts from another firm that wasn't going as smoothly as it could. They listened, asked very good/pointed questions, looked through the existing code, and provided a comprehensive SOW. Once the SOW was executed, they worked very closely with me on the development and communication was outstanding! We just launched the new release into Production last night and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Pell SW for any of you custom development needs.

I have had the pleasure of working both with Marty and Chris on a WP project for my company. Few qualities that stood out right away during our first call: Attention to detail, flexibility, solution-oriented, transparency, organization, and deep technical knowledge. They were extremely patient with delays on our end and with an influx of last minute changes and continued to accommodate our timings. The Pell Software team did incredible work re-doing our entire website. We needed to incorporate a seamless user experience, insert a detailed SEO strategy throughout it, and all the while make the site aesthetically pleasing to the end user.

Martin and team were extremely thorough from the start. They answered all our questions with detailed explanations of their outlined strategy of SEO that would drive site traffic. They were also flexible, and if a priority changed on our end, they were quick to move at a different pace and angle. They are knowledgeable in the SEO space and work hard to find solutions and troubleshoot quickly.
