Thank you for contacting us at Pens.com. We are pleased to hear you love the great quality products received, and we look forward to working with you again soon.
We were sent an opportunity to review our new pens even before we received them. Then we received the wrong pens. A week after visiting with customer service we are still waiting for how this is being resolved. Now I have another opportunity to review the pens our company has not received. It appears pens.com is more interested in reviews.
