Received about 20 broken pens in our order of 250. Pens definitely feel cheap but for the value they are not too bad.

The Elite Cirrus writing pen has been a beautiful and practical addition to our Welcome Package at New Direction Evangelistic Church. Its smooth ballpoint design delivers effortless writing, making it perfect for everyday use, note-taking, and journaling. The contoured grip provides exceptional comfort, allowing for extended writing without strain, which our members truly appreciate. The engraved church name, address, and phone number add a personal and professional touch that leaves a lasting impression on every recipient. It not only serves as a writing tool but also as a meaningful keepsake that keeps our church connected to those we welcome. Our Pastor absolutely loves these pens, and it’s easy to see why—they combine quality, elegance, and purpose in one thoughtful item. The Elite Cirrus pen reflects excellence and care, making it a perfect representation of our ministry’s commitment to hospitality and connection. The pens were a hit. Everyone loved them as well as the inscriptions. The colors matched perfectly. We did have a few that were damaged and had to be put back together. Perhaps, they fell apart during transit.

Depends came out exactly as they showed they were going to but in about 30 of them had fallen apart in transit. When I went to place an order for the second time the prices have doubled and then I got a call from customer care asking about my review that said my pens had come apart before I got them and then ask me to send pictures to prove it. I had simply told them that it wasn't necessary I was simply going to shop elsewhere.
