I ordered pens. The ones that didn’t fall apart work fine. But they fall apart easily and when I opened package 1/4 of the pens were broken.

This is the second time I ordered these pens. A lot of them came in in pieces, when I called customer service the person I spoke to was nice however wanted a total of how many pens were not put together. I did not want to dump the box out to count so I was pretty much forced to make a estimated percentage on the spot. A credit of $10 was issued. Not sure if I will reorder from here again, I will probably shop around when its time for my next order.

Revieved the box and several pens were apart. I had to take the time put them together. But all the parts where there. The first pen i tried, I used it for work for about two weeks and it already ran out of ink. I will be trying another one to see if that happens again.
