I sell cutting boards at a farmers market. These bags hold all but my biggest board. When I sell a cheese slicer it fits in the front pouch. Quality is great. I see the bags come back week after week with the customers using them for the every week market bag and my name is on every one. The handles stay on even when they are filled with produce.

I rated the bag in the middle because in my opinion it’s not always about the product. customer service plays an integral part of any transaction. I’ll start with the bag that I initially placed and paid for was discontinued even though I was able to complete the order online. I guess no one had the time to remove the bag from the site. I was contacted with an alternative which I agreed upon. I was informed by the sales rep that the first time customer discount code would be honored on the replacement bag. I received the new invoice and the discount was not listed. I reached out and the discount was applied only after I inquired. I received my 75 bags and a week or two later I received ANOTHER invoice indicating I owed $28.14. I reached out to the sales person and all I received was a call asking did I want to purchase more bags. I went ahead and paid the invoice in hopes that the calls and emails will stop. Based on customer service alone I will not order from pens.com again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

We use this bag for prayer quilts given out by our church. Have ordered several times in the past. We are pleased with the product but do not understand why there is a set-up fee each time we order. Maybe a discount of some kind would be nice since we are a regular customer. Thank you. Brenda Matthews (336-244-8647)

Bag seems to be of good quality and the print is perfect. The problem I had was with the companies service. They started printing and quit mid order because they ran out of the color of bags that I order. You would think that they would call and inform, but no, I had to call a month later and find this out. Then I expected to have them by Christmas which is 2 months after ordering and still didn't get them. Finally received 3 months after ordering.
