I spoke to Natalie today,what a charming lady,made me feel totally at ease,explained everything to me,cuz i don't know anything about pensions,but she explained everything in perfect English, and i ended the call more postive and knowledgeable, then when i started the call, dont let her go,Natalie is a diamond, Thankyou for everything 😀

Unable to log in as the password reset option doesn't work after 4 attempts of contacting the support team for help.

Millie was very polite and easy to talk to and explained everything very clearly which made me at ease.

An excellent service as always and my experience with Natalie yesterday was every bit the high standard I always get with these guys

The team very quickly found a pension i stopped paying into in 1988. since then they have advised, sent relevent information.
They are thorough in making sure independant advice has been taken apart from theirs.

They have set up my account so i can recieve money from this pension on a regular basis. I would not have found this pension without the Pension App, which BTW shows you daily update on your pension performance.
The team have always been quick to reply to emails, and have been kind and courteous thoughout.

The Staff are 1st Class and Natalie is a star 🌟 I wish all companies were this pleasant to deal with !!!
