I spoke with James today on the transfers team. he was really helpful, talked me through the online forms. explain fees. All the contact I have had with the staff at Pension App have been very helpful.

I spoke to Natalie who talked me through some forms to fill in for one of my pension providers so i could transfer a pension Natalie was very helpful and polite and professional and a very enjoyable experience.

The gentleman I spoke to James was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know in a clear and specific manner in which I understood.

Where to start? My friend referred me to Pension App, I had no idea where to start, called them up, yeah obviously they have to take their fee, but for what you get in return, happy days! They are proffesional, knowledgeable & friendly. A guy(James) talked me through everything, very patient. Thank you.

Pension app are great in my eyes, they take out all the hard work , an excellent work in contacting pension providers, and if you’re like me who’s had loads of jobs in the past with pensions, they track them down and then amalgamate all the funds from all the pensions into one part. I wish I could’ve joined Pension App sooner.
