I’ve just spent the last 3 hours waiting for a responce. It says usual respond time is 10 minutes. I’ve even been to the vets with my dog and back and still not had a responce on “live chat”. I’ve decided i’m moving suppliers but Ironically I also started a live chat with a new potential supplier who was exactly the same. Maybe this is just normal practice now.

The site is always really slow and I can not see how to contact the support team on the telephone, its all online, takes hours sometimes days to get a response.
