I had a very important question about my pension claim, I phoned People's Pension and a lady called Michelle was very helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me an email to send some attachments to the relevant department, when I'll get a response to my email I'll leave even a better review.

I Spoke to Katherine who was extremely helpful with my pension query. Explaining what I had to and when I had to do it. She also provided me additional information on the types of pensions available which now puts me in a better position to decide and consider which option would be best for me.

I just got off the phone with Katherine who was super helpful. I will always be grateful for her patience and all the very useful help that will help me with my pension.

As an employer their support is vital and generally you don't wait too long to be connected.

Is there anything below 1 star? Over a month to answer an email and send a form out. Beyond incompetent. Use any other company. Less not for profit and more not performing.
