Good services , good customer service , fast response , Im very happy with my reformers . The quality is great ! I would really recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Pe Pilates! A special thanks goes to Cora, who guided me with incredible attention to detail both before and after our purchase. She was always available and prompt to clear up any doubts I had.
The company is truly reliable. The pilates equipment is not only aesthetically beautiful, but the overall quality is also excellent. Everything arrived carefully packaged and crafted with great attention to every single detail.
I will definitely rely on them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with both the service and goods provided by PE Pilates. I was very nerovus about investing in equipment I had not seen in person or tried out myself, but I am so pleased we took the leap of faith! We have worked with Tiffany throughout to kit out our studio and she has been so helpful and patient with us as we made our decisions about which Reformers to choose.

The Reformers themselves are great quality and feel really substantial. Many of my clients who also attend other studios have commented on how study and secure these Reformers feel compared to others.

I have now had my Reformers for 11 months and I am very pleased we chose PE Pilates. Tiffany has also been really helpful in providing us with spare parts so that we can maintain our Reformers going forward and keep everything in great condition.

I would happily recommend PE Pilates to other studio owners. Thank you Tiffany for everything!

Josy has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She is always on top of everything and incredibly quick to respond. She was very efficient in preparing my proposal, making any changes I requested, and really listening to my needs and wishes.

I’ve also had the chance to visit two studios that use your brand’s machines, and everyone I spoke to was extremely happy with both the equipment and their experience.

I’m really excited to open my own studio and I can’t wait to add more customized machines in the future!

I recently purchased 9 Pilates reformer machines for my studio, and I am absolutely thrilled with both the quality of the equipment and the overall experience. The machines are amazing—sturdy, smooth, and professional-grade, making them the perfect addition to my space.
Beyond the product quality, the customer service I received was exceptional. From my very first contact with the company, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly. I want to give a special shout-out to Tiffany, who was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Whether it was navigating payment details or coordinating the delivery of all 9 units, she handled every situation with professionalism and genuine care. It is rare to find such dedicated support, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommended for any studio owner!

Very responsive and accommodating!
High quality materials exactly as advertised

Simply amazing end to end experiences, service and the equipment quality is very good

From our very first contact with PePilates, their customer service has been outstanding. They have always been incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure we had all the information we needed.
Their after-sales service has been excellent as well. They have remained very attentive and supportive, and whenever we have had even the smallest question or needed assistance with any detail, they have always been there to help.
The equipment itself has been wonderful and of very high quality. All of the components are well made, and the upholstery and fabrics are truly excellent quality.
We also really appreciate the professionalism and seriousness with which they approach their work. For us, this has been a very positive sign and has given us great confidence in continuing to work with them.
Overall, we are extremely grateful for their service, the quality of their equipment, and, especially, for the continued support they have provided even after the sale. We are very happy with our experience with Pe Pilates and look forward to continuing to work with them.

I’m extremely happy with both the reformers and the service I received. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. I always received quick responses, all of my questions were answered clearly, and I felt well supported throughout the entire process.

The supplier was very helpful, patient and professional, which made the whole experience feel easy and trustworthy. The reformers arrived beautifully and I’m very happy with the quality. They fit perfectly in my studio and look even better than I imagined.

I would definitely recommend this supplier to anyone looking for high-quality reformers and great customer service. Thank you so much for all your help and for making this such a positive experience!

Tiffany W.U. was my main point of contact throughout the entire process. It can be quite daunting to do business from so far away and trust a company with such a significant investment, especially when purchasing large and important equipment, but Tiffany made the whole experience incredibly smooth and reassuring.

She was always responsive and helpful, promptly providing all the necessary documentation, certifications, safety information, and other details at every step of the process. We communicated mainly through WhatsApp, but everything was also properly documented through email and WeChat, which made me feel extremely safe and confident throughout the purchase.

The products I purchased were all of extremely high quality. Everything was carefully packed and delivered directly to my door, and I can honestly say that the additional cost for the import and door-to-door service was completely worth it.

P.E. Pilates is now my trusted supplier, and I will definitely continue ordering from them for any future equipment needs. I have been so happy with the whole experience that I was even happy to become a customer contact in Europe, so I can help other businesses feel more confident about buying from them by sharing my own successful experience.

I’m extremely happy to be a P.E. Pilates customer and would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing Pilates equipment internationally. I am based in Valencia, Spain.

Cora and Pe are amazing

I have been in the Pilates industry for over 30 years and have seen and used all the pilates brands and I was extremely impressed with PE Pilates equipment . Their quality are amazing for a fraction of the price. I got some reformer towers, classical reformer, chairs and ladder barrel and the gyrotonic machine too and they all arrived in their own crates and are absolutely amazing quality.
Tiffany helped me the entire time to find what I wanted and to let me know of the entire process. She is such a wonderful person and I highly recommend her! I have done a second order since and planning a 3rd one shortly. Thank you 😊

Ich bin mit dem Service immer wieder sehr zufrieden.

An absolutely wonderful company. The product is a high quality reformer that has not let us down. We have received consistent comments on how great our reformers are to use. What sets this company apart though from many others is the customer service. It’s flawless and most wonderful. We’ve been dealing with Tiffany and she consistently delivers a wonderful experience for us. From our first inquiry all the way up until today. She’s always willing to help us and troubleshoot our questions. A trustworthy and sincerely wonderful company.

Today I have received my AG1 Studio Reformer with half tower and Wunda chair and was happy to see that it arrived in a great condition and everything was included as agreed. The equipment is sturdy and the movement is smooth.

Andy has been the best sales representative I have ever dealt with. She was always quick to respond and answered all my questions.

As I am planning to open my studio, I really wanted to get all the specifications right and Andy always provided a great detail of information illustrated with photos and videos. So all the customisations turned out exactly as I wanted.

Andy was also very reassuring through the time that it took to deliver the items by sea freight. I look forward to working with her again. All the best. 🤍

Andy was the most kind staff member to work with. From the beginning, I was so happy with the consistent communication and also just the kindness. From the questions to final delivery, it was seamless!

Thank you for the great products!
